TNT Property Management and Construction LLC recently completed work on our property, edging and throwing mulch. We were very pleased with the entire process. They were quickly responsive to our request for a quote. They set a projected date to commence the job and arrived at that time. Tyler and his crew were professional and polite on site, and cleaned up when the job was completed. They did great work clearing, edging and throwing mulch. When there was a weather delay in work, they called to keep us updated. We would definitely use them again for this service!

Cleaned, scraped, and stained our deck, pond dock, entranceway, driveway fence, and walkway beside the garage. Very conscientious and high attention to detail. Made sure everything was prepped correctly before staining with quite a bit of hand scraping due to incorrectly applied old stain by previous home owner. Looks great and I have high confidence in the long term quality. Very courteous crew. Always asked for any clarification before proceeding with something that may have not been clearly defined in the scope of work. Also performed some minor wood repairs to the front entranceway and fence. Job site left clean when finished. Highly recommended. Will use again for some exterior trim painting once ground isn’t so soft from spring rains ( ladder safety issue ).

We are so pleased with the work Tyler and his crew did for us! Our landscaping has never looked better and Tyler could not have been nicer or any easier to work with! His prices were very reasonable and the quality of work was excellent. They looked over the work they had done several times to make sure it was perfect. We will be contacting TNT again for future projects.

I could not be more happy with TNT Property Mgt! Tyler and his crew did an extraordinary job and did more than I could have dreamed of! His crew worked hard and and I have the prettiest yard in the neighborhood! Most importantly the crew was polite and respectful which you do not get a lot of these days! I m just sad that I can only give them 5 stars!

Tyler, Tony, & TNT crew were great! They did Fall cleanup of our rather large, wildly overgrown property, including weeding & spraying our 12 flower beds, trimming several large bushes & lots of low tree limbs on our many trees, weed wacking along all our fence line, mulching all beds, & cutting down a large tree to 18 feet, as per my husbands specifications in preparation for his building our grandson a tree house. They arrived promptly each of the 4 days of our project. Each of them were always polite & courteous, and patiently took the time to answer my many questions. They did a wonderful job, going above & beyond our expectations! We plan to hire TNT, again, in the near future for additional projects.

This is a young company, they work very hard and do exceptional work. They are polite and pleasant, they were punctual...( anyone whom has worked with contractors knows what a nice surprise that was ) They stayed until the job was done to my satisfaction. Tyler (co-owner) came out to do the estimate the same day I searched for a company! He talked with me about what I wanted done, instead of just doing a drive-by or looking at Google Maps. The staff was meticulous about clearing weeds and swept up after mulching. I will be using TnT again.

Tyler and his crew did a great job! They cleaned up the entire yard, cleaned up all of the planting beds and mulched. They came in on budget, showed up on time and finished the entire job in 2 days.

Tyler and crew were very dependable, showed up to quote job when then said they would (very reasonable), showed up to do work when they said they would and went above and beyond! When I say they were tackling a jungle of flower beds (9) I am not joking, within 6 hours or so everything was cleaned up, edged (including sidewalks)and mulched. Would rehire them without even thinking about it and recomend them to anyone that needs yard work done.
