Flat, Foam or Single Ply Roofing Repair
Came out the same day I called. Gave me two options to fix the leak. Once I scheduled them they were out in a few days. Found a second leak before they arrived. They addressed that one at the same time. They were successful at repairing both leaks. I would recommend them to anyone who is in need of roof repair. I will use them again when the time comes to redo our roof.

"Thank you for taking the time to review us. We take great pride in honoring our word. We apologize that you do not feel we did with you and your mother. The repair that we did to your roof is what we have given you the one year warranty on. When we came out to look at your roof, unfortunately, you are experiencing leaks from the other areas of the roof on that same side. The window leak can be taken care of by a handyman and that will alleviate the window from leaking, but you will still experience the other portion of the roof that we gave you a bid on but you chose not to go with the full side of the roof. We are certainly happy to come out and give you an estimate for this additional portion. As we recommended, the entire side of your roof needs work and you chose the minimal repair. We want you to be happy. We can certainly come out and provide you with the additional estimate and we will also take into consideration the amount that you paid for the smaller repair that you chose. However, we do recommend the full repair so that you don't experience the leaks that you are experiencing. Thank you again! 8/15/2018 - We tried to go to Home Advisor's Arbitration so we could make this client happy. She has chosen to not respond back to Home Advisor in order to give us that opportunity. 11/19/2018 - Home Advisor should really remove this review. It is not valid and the client stopped responding to us so we can fix what she is stating is wrong. I believe her entire issue is that we left her waiting. We did not ever do this and we always show up when we state we are, if we cannot, we absolutely call the client."

They were punctual, friendly, professional and quoted a fair price. They told me step by step what they intended to do and focused upon fixing the roof and not upon selling additional services. The work was completed in 2 hours and there was a proper clean up.

Came out same day that we requested quote on line. Gave option to repair instead of replace roof with option to apply repair cost to roof replacement within one year if it winds up needing to replaced. Did the repair within one day of accepting quote and provided name of drywall contractor to fix damage from leaking roof prior to repair.

Traditional Tile Roofing Repair
I do not believe that this company is in business anymore. I have called them every day for the past week, left voicemails, and have not received a call back. They were originally out to repair my tile roof last June. A few days after they repaired it, it was still leaking inside and outside, so they came back out again. The ceiling was dry inside so I thought it was a successful repair. Fast forward to May of this year. I come home one rainy day and find the wood from my soffit on the ground and totally destroyed. It seems that they never really had it repaired, and its been leaking into the soffit for an entire year. So I call them back out, and they repair it again. Well the next time it rains on Saturday, I see that its not only still leaking into my soffit, its now leaking INSIDE of my house. I called and explained what was going on, and I am told that I will get a call back on Monday to schedule an appointment. Monday comes around and nothing. Tuesday - nothing. I call on Wednesday and she takes my information down and assures me that they will come out. Nope. Its rained every single day since Saturday, so I understand that they cannot work in the rain, but it did not rain all day on every one of those days. They could have come out. Fast forward to this week. There have been SEVERAL days of no rain and I have called SEVERAL times. But this time no one answers the phone and no one has been out. It seems that they have taken my money, done an incomplete/bad repair job on 3 separate occasions, and now they refuse to come back out to actually repair it. If this company is still in business, stay away.
