The service man was professional and well organized. Inspected and clean the chimney and fireplace and there was no dust or dirt that escaped into the house. While he did indeed have many chimney caps in the truck, there wasn't a cap that fit my chimney. So a second visit will be needed after they locate one that will fit.

Tod and his helper were very friendly and professional. They did a great job installing my fireplace insert. They weren't cheap, but I was happy with the install. They did not leave any mess in the house. My only complaint was that they forgot to throw away some insulation backing left in the yard and I had to clean up the shredings after my dogs got a hold of it.

The cleaning of the chimney was good but he was in the process of replacing the fire place door and as I walked through I realized he was using BLACK silicone on a whitewashed brick fireplace with a antique brass door. It was wide and heavy silicone. AWFUL ! He did remove as much as he could. Not sure I we would us this company again.

Pre-Fabricated Fireplace Unit Repair

I first checked out their rating before calling them. I'm pleased that the ratings were accurate. There was some, though minor, miss-communications cause of different phone numbers. The important part was that they recommended an insert and I'm very happy with it as well as the installation. Everything was explained clearly as well as what I can expect in the future with using it. I'm very happy with this company.

Extremely professional and honest. I was told the chimney was clean and did not need some of the work I had requested. I was charged a very minimal amount for the house call.
