Tthe owner Al and his partner are very prompt and respectful. They went out of their way to satisfy..................MMMMMMM the smell. It almost smells like I have leather furniture in the house. Amazing how quick the carpet dried. Al showed me his equipment in the van and being an engineer for G.M. I was really impressed with the machine they use. The water was reaching temperatures over 200 deg. and the vacuum was scary as he almos tsuked me through the hose. He laughed as it freaked me out. Great Job Guys!!!!!

TOAD-AL CARPET CLEANING WAS THE BEST THING I COULD HAVE DONE TO INCREASE THE LIFE OF MY CARPET , COUCH AND LOVE SEAT. THE MEN WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL FREINDLY AND TOOK GREAT ATTENTION TO DETAIL. MY FURNITURE IS 16 YEARS OLD AND YOU CAN'T TELL IT BY THE EXCELLENT WAY IN WHICH TOAD-AL CLEANED AND REVITALIZED THEM. Al was very professional from the first conversation on the phone & during the cleaning process & leaving my home. He came in my home with a smile & extended hand. Al got started within the first minute he arrived, it took no time for him to clean my chairs ten minutes tops , they look brand new ( 4 yrs of food & beverages). I was givin tips to maintain the upkeep on the chairs. TOAD -AL is the company for the job. I've given the number to 2 people already. Thanks a lot Al!

I have white carpet in my home. I didn't think it would ever clean up again. However, TOAD-AL did an excellent job in proving me wrong!! They did an outstanding job, and I would recommend them to anyone. In fact I already have.

In general, the carpet came out looking much better than it started. It didn't take them very long and they were very friendly. It did take the carpet a very long time to thoroughly dry (more than a day) possibly due to the high humidity since it had been raining frequently. There was also some confusion about the price, but it was resolved to match my over the phone estimate without incident.
