Basically just quit on me. Left my stuff laying in the front yard. Didn't assembled my stuff at the stuff. I was very very upset. Very very poor customer service. Very unprofessional.

As a professional and experienced moving company we are sorry to hear that you were not happy with the move. All items were moved to the final destination over two days, as scheduled, The customer was going to schedule another day to move more items that were needed at the last minute and didn't fit onto the truck. It is our job to finish the move in it's entirety and we would never, and have never, just quit on anyone.

The movers arrived on time and were very professional. They moved our choir library and equipment to a new location, having to deal with a small elevator in both places. I appreciate that I did not have to remove anything from the file cabinets. They worked quickly and stayed in budget. Celestine in the office was able to answer all of my questions and replied quickly.

They were very professional , they had to use alot of muscles to move four coolers, they were patient when they had to go through two security check point before getting to area of moving,. They were on time and ready to get the job done as quickly as possible. I will be using them again
