Kevin Tierson was our direct contact. He was very knowledgeable. We especially liked the fact that he constantly stayed in touch either by phone or e-mail as to where he was in the procedure. He spent one day at our home and we had him draw up plans of our entire house (not just roof area). In little over three weeks we have in hand complete drawings and the drawing we need to get permit for new roof.

They were very good and fast, mainly because they e-mailed the proposal drawings and I was able to just e-mail back any changes that I wanted. It is so much easier than making an appointment to meet for every changed item on the prints.
