The owner Miguel provided a lot of information and options for replacing our water heater. We waited about a month after receiving the quote to have the work done. Miguel was gracious about giving us time to do our research and answering or questions. Would definitely hire him again.

We needed a water heater replaced and Miguel was quick to communicate and his price was good. Him and his team was prompt and efficient. Will hire again for plumbing needs.

Our 28 yr old gas water heater died 3 days before Christmas. Torres Plumbing not only had the best quote (by far), but also advised us on sizing decisions to save us even more. As a general contractor with over seven years of experience working with Miguel, I feel compelled to share my recent, deeply disappointing experience to help others avoid significant headaches. Initially, while Miguelâ s punctuality was always an issue, his work quality compensated for the delays. However, my last project with his company was a disaster from start to finish. Miguel did not show up to manage the job himself and instead sent different workers who lacked an understanding of the project. This meant I had to repeatedly explain the intricate plans, resulting in confusion and inefficiency. This particular project involved complex plumbing for a steam shower setup, including rain showers, dual showerheads, and multiple body sprayers. The team he sent made numerous errors that I flagged for Miguelâ s attention. Despite my concerns, he reassured me that everything was fine. However, once we started tiling the walls, a significant issue became apparent: the valves had been installed too deep, misaligned, and crooked. They needed to be adjusted by about an inch to be correct. I asked Miguel several times to fix this issue, but he refused, falsely claiming that the problem was due to a tile changeâ an easily disproven statement as the tile thickness was consistent throughout, and no change had been made. Faced with Miguelâ s refusal, I informed him that I would have to hire another plumber to correct the mistakes, which would also require my tile crew to remove and reinstall the Hardy board. I told him that these costs would be deducted from the outstanding balance I owed him. This led to Miguel becoming hostile and directly approaching my client, threatening to file a lien on their property. This aggressive and unprofessional move alarmed my client, who insisted I resolve the issue swiftly to avoid further complications. To protect my client and maintain my reputation, I paid Miguel in full and moved forward with fixing the problems on my own. The repairs ultimately cost me around $4,000, and I have documented receipts and photographs to substantiate this expense. Given this experience, I will never hire Miguel again. I hope this review helps others steer clear of similar issues and avoid the unnecessary stress and expense that I endured. Late but good The last experience I had with his company was awful. He sent different people to do the job and we had to start over and over explaining the plan. I asked him several times to fix this but he didnâ t want to do it. His argument was that we changed the tile. This is an absolute and very easy to prove lie. There are no tiles that are more than an inch of thickness. The tile was not changed. He just didn't want to do it I told him If he didnâ t want to fix this, I will have to hire another plumber to fix it and my tile crew would have to remove the hardy and re install everything again. This is the second time we have used Torres Plumbing LLC and we couldnâ t be happier with the work and customer service. Mr. Torres found out our toilets were the cause of a leak costing us hundreds in water bills for the past couple of months and replaced them as soon as we gave him the go. We highly recommend!!

New water heater installed quickly and professionally at a good price. I would use Torres Plumbing again for my next job.
