TP3 was very professional from the beginning. I was in the middle of a project and needed something done right away. TP3 came over and provided a quote and timeframe. They were willing to schedule with the current contractors. The timing and quality of work performed by the foreman/Project Manager and the crew exceeded my expectations. The Foreman/Project Manager was very communicative, knowledgeable and courteous. I highly recommend TP3 and may have them do more work for us.

My home needed deck repair. I contacted 3 contractors asking fro bids the first 2 spent most of their time on site explaining what great references the y had. they briefly looked at the deck and gave wildly different verbal estimates. Trey Payne, the TP of TP3, showed up on time and thoroughly inspected the deck, reviewed the original building plans, and measured everything. When I asked him how much it would cost he said he didnt know yet, he would have to cost-out the materials and calculate the labor. I knew then that this was the person that I wanted working on my home. Within a few days he got back to me with a detailed quote of materials and labor. Trey was very upfront, very honest, and very fair. If the need arises again, I will do business with trey and tp3 without hesitation.

TP3 remodeled my home after a flood, and I was very pleased with their work. I especially appreciated having a dedicated project manager, Sal, to advise me throughout the process. My new floors are the envy of all, thanks to the teamâ  s commitment to do things the right way.

I get a lot of compliments on the new look of my home. They were courteous and friendly. And in most cases did the work I a timely manner. I am currently greeting a bid from them to do some interior work done.

Evan Harbour was my GC and I could not be happier. He was always there to help and to make sure I was satisfied. We had our hiccups along the way, but Evan was always there to make it right. Unfortunately, my house flooded only days after they completed their work, but guess who showed up to help with clean up and anything else I needed - Evan did. (and yes, I had already paid him in full - he came because he knew he could help) Truly a great guy and a new friend. I would recommend them to anyone looking to do any remodeling on their home and I will never use another contractor again.

I employed Trey at TP3 to replace four windows in my condo. He was polite and knowledgable, and took care of the permitting etc. I would certainly recommend him.
