Solar Panel Installation
The solar system was active in January 2023 and not functioning by June. Even though it is still under warranty, Pinnacle refuses to respond to my requests to service the system. An added bonus, they had a dispute with their electrical sub, so the sub placed a lien on MY property. I finally had it fixed by another Generac solar dealer- they said the work performed by Pinnacle was shoddy and I was sold a bunch of unnecessary equipment. AVOID THESE PEOPLE!

Asphalt Shingle Roofing Installation and Replacement
They seemed to do the job, and cashed my checks, but did not complete the job; re sending GAF a golden pledge unlimited warranty & it has been 5 months now. Dominion Energy has not gotten their application for a rebate. GAF has not gotten a notice of completion. The local office is gone & Henrico/Richmond office does not return my calls, pick up leftover supplies, or repair ruts in the yard. Are they still in business? The agent who priced & supervised the job is no longer with the company and the local owner does not return my calls. HELP!!

They came promptly as promised. They cleaned up the old roofing trash very well. Their truck that removed the trash - old plywood, shingles, etc. left ruts in the lawn; hope they will repair ruts but not done yet.

Seamless Metal Gutters Installation
TPG was prompt coming out for the estimate. Their rep. was knowledgeable, personable, and straightforward. The work started on time and was finished in one day. Their cleanup was thorough. The installers were friendly and worked hard until the job was finished. The completed work looks great. Very pleased and would recommend TPG to anyone.

My windows look absolutely beautiful! I love them, but the whole process took WAY longer then I initially thought it would and was told it would. My sales rep James told me that it would take 10-12 weeks from start the finish, but it ended up being about 16 weeks. I feel like the price should have come down because of that, but all in all I am very impressed with this company and will definitely use them again!

I was so relieved when I came across The Pinnacle Group. We had gotten quotes for thousands of dollars for our roof previously and they came in, got our insurance company to pay for everything and all I paid was my deductible. Beyond happy with everything.

Great product. Looks great. Took a little longer then I thought to get the materials, but that's fine. Installation only took 2 days and I have a large home. Overall very impressed.

Asphalt Shingle Roofing Installation and Replacement
Although I think the job was well done and the clean-up was good, the cost was high for what I had done. Then they wanted to do the whole roof for about $19,000. I had an appraisal from another company with very good recommendations who told me that the roof would last for another couple of years and when it needed to be done would only cost about $10,000 at the most. Quite a difference!

Roofing projects are fairly large projects. When gathering quotes for roofing, as you've seen, you will get multiple different prices in a fairly large range. That being said, it is very important that you are comparing apples to apples as opposed to apples to oranges. You must take into consideration the entire roofing system as opposed to just the price, i.e. Shingle type and quality, Underlayment type and quality, etc. For instance, our roofing system comes with a 50 year Labor and Material Warranty that is non-prorated and fully transferable to the next homeowner, 10 year Stain Guard Warranty, and unlimited wind rating warranty. We apologize that you thought our price was a little too high, but in the future, please take into consideration what is actually going on your roof and what others may or may not be doing to fully protect one of your most valuable assets. Again, thank you for choosing TPG for your project. We take pride in the quality of our materials and our high level of craftsmanship."
