Professional with great customer service skills, came in under time and the job was great.

From day one, Investor Depot was excited about my vision for a new kitchen. They could visualize my dream and made amazing suggestions for how their team could make it happen for me. The quality of their cabinetry and the craftmanship by their crew is outstanding. They started my job a week earlier than planned and finished 2 weeks earlier than the estimated date. The bid they submitted was perfect. I had several companies that submitted bids for my kitchen remodel. Most were ridiculous and even argued with us about their pricing. Investor Depot prices were right in line with the numbers that our research told us should be the average cost for a kitchen remodel in our city. As the remodel went along, my husband and I realized a few details that we wanted to have them install/add to the work list (ex- install quartz window sills, ceiling fans on the front porch, new lighting on the patio, etc). Investor Depot insisted we should have everything we wanted. They just revised the work bid and found the right team to make it happen for us. We have had several friends into our new kitchen and their jaws hit the floor when they see the gorgeous kitchen that we have now. I will be recommending Investor Depot to everyone I talk with.

This amazing team worked so hard to make sure my kitchen was done right. Despite the quartz fabricator making some mistakes, that investor Depot promptly dealt with, this has been a seamless process and a joy to work with Regis & Takeisha’s team. I would/ will recommend them over and over!

Regis and his wife Keisha are seemingly very nice people, but they effectively damaged our bathrooms instead of fixing them. They spent a week in our bathroom only to have us hire a competent GC to come behind them and fix their gross mistakes and errors. Specifically: 1-All the tile in shower and glass tile in J&J had to be ripped out and re-laid. The top niche was installed NTO using the prefab that was provided and NOT waterproofed. 2-The so called "plumber" put in the diverter where the mixer should have gone and now the entire back wall drywall has to be ripped out to plumb properly 3-25% of the floor tile had to be ripped up because it was not level and re-laid. We fired them and they refunded part of the money we paid them but I have two words: CAVEAT EMPTOR. Tr3 are house flippers and will be the LOW COST provider but the old adage "you get what you pay for" is so incredibly true. If you want to remodel a trailer or mobile home, and do it on the cheap, they might be a good fit for the job. However if you are like us and live in Westlake -- don't let them into your house, if your experience is anything like ours they will cost you more money fixing their mess. If I could give them a negative in the "quality of work" category I would. We have remodeled over 10 homes in three different states over the past couple of decades and this "company" Tr3 is by far and away the single worst GC I have ever seen in my entire life. They literally have no idea how to lay down tile. They do seem like nice people but words cannot describe the incredibly shoddy job their self described "tile artist" (a guy whose name starts with M) did to our bathroom. All of the very expensive tile he attempted to lay had to be torn out. Save yourself headache and RUN away from these people. Truly the worst experience ever. Breathtakingly horrible work. The pits, The worst, horrible-- not sure how many additional adjectives there are for CRAP-- but they all apply to this company. STAY AWAY.

They were consistent and finished the project to accommodate my move in schedule. The floors turned out great.

I don't know how many people I contacted for bids for tile - but it was a lot. Most bids were ridiculous - I had a bathtub/shower that needed tiled and it was already prepped and I had all the materials. I just needed someone to put it in so was only looking at a labor bid. Some companies wanted thousands of dollars for this which is crazy. I ended up hiring Regiis and Jerry after hiring 2 guys who either didn't show up at all or showed up, left for "lunch" and never came back. I was having a heck of a time getting tilers to show up. But Regiis promised they'd show up and do the job - and they did! Jerry was late the first day but he communicated really well about his delay, so it wasn't any big deal. When he did arrive, he got right to work. He ended up doing my kitchen tile backsplash as well - he did a good job on both. The value for the money was great - considering I couldn't get people to even show up. They were reasonably priced and did nice work. I will continue to use TR3 to help find people I need for the rest of my jobs!

I was very pleased with the service I received. Kyle and crew were GREAT. Not only was this bid the lowest, the quality of work was exceptional!!. The work was done in a timely manner. They took great care to make sure I was happy with the results. Will hire again!!

I would highly recommend TR3 Construction, they replaced my fence for awesome price , if you need your fence replace or any handy work contact TR3 Team they are great. I will be using there services again.

They were able to add the gate how I wanted using the metal existing fence and adding hinges. The work was decent. May have wanted it lower, but partially my fault for not answering their first call so I could meet with them. Cost was a little higher than was hoping, but not too extreme.

Very personable and professional during the entire project. We will definitely be using them for future projects.

Their fees were 50% lower than my first bid, they kept in contact, showed up when promised, did more than requested (installed a bath grab bar without charging for either the part or labor), cleaned up and were totally professional.

They have gone above and beyond, helped us out tremendously. Great work were always willing to make changes. They are my best experience and it is not my first remodel.
