he cheated us out of our deposit to build a potential garage I swear all these good reviews were made up by him. just look at the reviews on YELP to show what an incompetent conman he is. He never built anything for us and charged us $3,000. We contacted Arizona Attorney General and County sheriffs dept. He lied to them just like the bully he is. It would have been too expensive for us to go to Arizona and hire an attorney so we gave up and sold our property. HE KNEW THIS and that is why he targeted us.

We sent him a deposit to build a potential garage four years ago. He never did anything on our property, and he kept half the deposit. We contacted the AZ Attorney General, and after going around with this for more than a year, we were told to get legal help. This disgusting conman, Tom Anderson, knew that since we lived in Ohio, it would have been very expensive to pay a lawyer and to travel out to Arizona. We even had the Yavapai County D/A and Sheriff Department contact him. He continued to lie right to their faces, just like the bully he is. He said he would build us a house, and we bought expensive plans. He DOES NOT build houses. HE WAS NOT EVEN CAPABLE OF BUILDING THE TYPE OF GARAGE WE REQUIRED. He could have told us this right from the start, but he had other plans to con the US. He claimed we broke the contract; however, he ignored us for over a year, never returning phone calls or messages. He destroyed our plans to build in Arizona, so we sold our property and just gave up.

On time and great job

Tom and his team were very professional, went the extra mile for us and were very pleasant. In addition to the Garage remodel we asked Tom to rebuild a back staircase. With no additional direction from us they did a very professional job. Thank you Tom and your crew for your excellent work. I highly recommend TRA Construction.

The crew was fast and efficient, and Tom, the owner of the company was honest and easy to communicate with. The finish carpentry in some places was not up to my standards, but they responded quickly to try to remedy the situation. I rate them higher for character than for skill.

We hired TRA to rebuild our deck... what we received was a better built, better looking, and more enjoyable deck. Overall experience was fantastic. The completed job exceeded our expectations, the crew was professional and courteous, and I already have plans to contact Tom and his team for more work.

Hired TRA Construction to build a loft/mezzanine in my garage. The team did a very nice job; the end product looked like it was designed as part of the original construction of the home. There were some delays mainly due to a mistake made by the lumber supplier, and TRA did what they could to try and catch up. They were receptive to my input as the job progressed and worked hard to clean up the inevitable construction dust/debris that comes with any large job. Overall I would recommend them to others, in fact I have another project I want to use them for next year.

Tom the owner was great. Plan to rehire them for future work this coming October.
