Great experience with Stuart & Rebecca at Advanced Home Inspections. They went the extra mile to schedule the inspection on a very tight time frame. This process was new to me. Stuart did a very thorough and complete inspection and then walked me through it when he finished and explained everything in detail. Rebecca also explained the process to me and kept everything on schedule. Thank you both. This was a fairly new construction project and I was appalled at the number of deficiencies that I thought should have been addressed by building inspectors or the contractor during construction. I would definitely advise getting a third party inspection on all construction projects.

WOW! WOW! WOW! Rebecca and Stuart were wonderful. Even though I am buying a brand new home, with countless of builder inspections. Rebecca explained why I should get a 3rd party Inspection, and my wife and I are so glad we did. Without Stuart's indepth inspection we would of had so roof issues, drainage problems, and AC cooling loss, amongst other problems down the road. With their competitive pricing they dedicated the entire day to me and my property. We are extremely thankful for their support and service. I will definitely be calling them for a 1 year update inspection. Thanks Rebecca & Stuart, see yall soon.

Exceptional!!!! A 5.0 rating is un expectable if I could I would give them a 100.00 rating I would give them more than that. Very professional, respectful, kind and most important HONEST. They have officially become my permanent home inspectors. Even the builders GM said to me you really got your monies worth, because when he looked at the report of my new built he was even in shock. Advanced Home Inspection took their time and made me feel very confident in the inspection they performed in my new built home. It was my first home purchase and they literally explained everything to me in detail. The why it should be a grand concern or a not so grand concern. As well of the consequences of certain things around the home being corrected or later. I recommend Advance Home Inspect. to all who want an honest inspection and knowledge of everything in your home. Especially Safety. Thank you Advance Home Inspections. My whole experience with Advanced Home Inspections was awesome! Rebecca was VERYYY supportive and patient (due to builder delays/scheduling ect) throughout the whole process! She definitely went ABOVE and BEYOND. I love her spirit and she definitely made me feel like my husband and I made the right choice. Once we met the Inspector (Stuart) at our home, we knew that we made the right choice. He walked us through every inch of the home, giving details of â  what should, what shouldnâ  t and whyâ  . Although our home is a new build, Iâ  m glad that we hired this Company, as there were many things that needed to be corrected. Stuart was respectful and nice. His work is very detailed. My husband I could clearly see that he loved what he do!! They advised that the report would be ready within 24 hours- We received the report that night (quick turnaround) . I HIGHLY recommend!

Rebecca (the coordinator) was excellent in communication and planning. She was extremely polite and accommodating. Stuart and Tim (the inspectors) arrived right on time for the inspection and went straight to work on inspecting my new build home. It was inspiring seeing them work, you could literally see the passion and commitment they have towards this job. After the inspection they respectfully walked me through every detail of their findings and thoroughly explained what was right from wrong. I learned so much. The walkthrough felt like an HGTV clinic. The inspectors were very personable and knowledgeable. I highly recommend booking this family owned business. This was some of the best service Iâ ve ever received for any business Iâ ve booked!

Rebecca was my contact at the beginning and she was really nice and friendly, and then during the home inspection, we had Stuart who did the job very well. We had a new construction home and when I thought he would be there for only 2 hours, I was wrong cause he was there for half a day and towards the end of the inspection, he explained all the stuff that needs addressing in detail and he made sure that we understand. I am very satisfied with the service and I can’t believe I had the inspection report the same day he did the inspection! I’m pretty sure I’ll have them back on my next home inspection. Good job guys!

Rebecca and the team at Advanced are amazing!! With every interaction they always made me feel like I was their only priority. Scheduling, the inspection, and getting the report were such a breeze plus they deliver a whole lot of bang for your buck. The inspectors were very knowledgeable and saved me thousands of dollars in future repairs on the NEWLY CONSTRUCTED home that I am purchasing which now get to be fixed by the builder instead of coming out of my pocket. The cost was lower than most of the other companies I contacted but with the service and care I received was above and beyond what I expected to receive.

Rebecca has phenomenal customer service skills and will explain everything you need to know. The inspector Stuart fit me into his busy schedule and was very professional. I am having a new home built out in Magnolia, Tx and wanted my own third party inspection. I am so glad I did Stuart the Inspector found possible pluming issues that the builders inspector the day before conveniently did not mention. He was so detailed I would of never caught all the issues that he did. He saved me thousands in pluming issues and Im so thankful. Im going to hire them again before my one year house warranty expires. If you need a quality, professional honest inspector then Advance Home Inspection is where you need to go. Remember the third party inspection service hired by builders are paid by builders and that is who they represent.
