Excellent installation and service. Our ac was having major compressor problems and we had little dehumidification. TruAir installed a complete Trane ac in about 6.5 hours so we hardly notice the shutdown of the old one. They did a great cleanup and Collier County came today and approved the installation with no exceptions. On the day of installation, one of the owners spent a lot of time explaining how the thermostat worked and we were very appreciative of that. Very happy I chose them.

I’m from Ireland and I visit here for a couple of months each year. My existing AC was starting to lose its ability to cool the condo. I made contact with TruAir Solutions from ANGI I need to state that never in my 81 years of being alive have I come across such efficiency from TruAir that was only how they handled my enquiry . As we are leaving to head home on 8 th May Ricky Trevino arranged the new AC system Tran would be installed before we go. I found his attention to detail outstanding. I am an old salesman myself and thought that I was good . The Price of what we wanted was somewhat less than available but all were offering the same AC units etc . But price although important is not everything, but if both are offered then it doesn’t get much better. My review is only about my dealings with TruAir before the units have been installed and I will be back on google if what has been written by others is not true. Rarely if ever have I experienced such customer attention. Peter H
