Paid for a service contract in May 2021. They did it show up for the quarterly service so I had to follow up and they said they were short-handed and sent someone in November. Then no one ever came back to service our septic. Terrible service and will be reporting.

Be careful with this company.

Annette came out, gave us a quote and said the work would be done in 6 weeks. We are going on 4 months. That wouldn’t be a problem if she had communicated the delays with us. We are understanding and patient people. Instead she would tell us she will be here to begin work one day but not show up, not call, not text. She wouldn’t respond to our calls, text, emails. When she finally reached out to us weeks later we were given multiple excuses and a promise to begin work. Then she would not show and the cycle would repeat. We are extremely disappointed with her lack of professionalism and unwillingness to communicate with us. This has been a nightmare. Would never recommend this company.

My limited experience with this pro is/was her coming to the house to evaluate our septic system needs, to get us a quote. We accepted the quote, and paid the required 55% up-front. She did have an engineer come by and get the info needed to engineer the system, for submission to the County Health Department for approval. We had to modify the design slightly...but got the go-ahead from the County Health Department to install. However, now going on 4 weeks, I can't get Annette to answer a phone call, a voicemail, text, or e-mail. Completely being ghosted. Hopefully, I can get most of my down-payment back, so I can find a company that will actually respond, communicate, and eventually get our system installed.

Helped us get a challenging project done and jumped through several hoops to help us out. Great company!

Annette was thorough, practical and experienced in her evaluation of our old-style conventional lateral line system. She produced a professional report complete with video and photo images. We would absolutely call her again if needed!

Absolutely fantastic service!! Everyone was very nice, polite and exceptional. They responded quick and were very helpful in a bad situation. They were also the only one who actually reached out me me. I highly recommend them.

They are extremely unprofessional. There are not truthful and do not stand by what they say. They left the sprinklers hitting my house and would not respond to my phone calls or text or emails. Two weeks after installation I still had not received instructions on the system. I paid a higher amount thinking I was getting the best quality, but definitely NOT! To this day owner has not contacted me! Totally unreliable I would not recommend to anyone!

They were great. They repaired my old septic system and now it works great. They did the work during our very wet Spring and came back in the summer and smoothed it out and made it look good. I would recommend them for all your septic needs.

Trex Septic's owner Annette and here team of workers went above and beyond installing our septic. We had some major hiccups along the way due to my electrical installation being done wrong. Annette and her Team took it all in stride and completed installing our septic and water line. Now if we could just find the main water valve to get water in our house...lol

Trex Septic gave me a prompt call back and scheduled me in quickly. They came out and did what I needed done, they did it well, and within the time frame and estimate promised!.
