TR Exteriors, LLC

Our vinyl siding project turned out beautifully! We are extremely happy with the quality of products and the expert craftsmanship provided by the hardworking and dedicated crew. Tim Ryan was very knowledgeable, helpful, and easy to work with. He was also very reachable whenever we had questions. We highly recommend this company to anyone considering residing.

TR Exteriors was nothing but excellent to deal with. Tim came to my residence and looked at the job. Very upstanding and professional. All i had to do was pick out the color of the shingles and he and his crew did the rest. Tim and the crew came at 7am to work, they removed 38 square of shingles and replaced them the same day. Complete by 7pm. They tarped the perimeter of the house and garage on the ground. After the completion there was not a nail or a piece of a shingle anywhere to be found on the ground. Super cleanup. Tim also handled 100% of the work with the insurance as to keep them updated on the replacement costs. Always enjoy working with the owner of a company instead of a supervisor, foreman, or representative. Tim the owner dealt with us, and was very straight up and professional. No long contracts or anything like that. He gave me an estimate, I told him to do it, and he did it. Tim was truly great to deal with. After all was completed with the insurance etc Tim reduced his bill to us to exactly what the insurance paid. I know that if and when i need more work done here on the farm on any of the out buildings, I am going to make only 1 phone call. It is going to be to Tim, the owner of TR Exteriors. Doesn't seem quite right that he can only get a 5 star rating as he and his crew deserve 10 stars, Simply said we couldn't be any happier with the completed project.

TR Exteriors replaced my roof and did some siding work on my home as well. The work was excellent. They also did a very thorough clean up afterwards. Tim Ryan (the principal) worked with my insurance company and handled all of that. Plus he was very straightforward and on top of things throughout the process...and stayed in contact with me all the way through. I would recommend TR Exteriors without any reservations to anyone looking for a good company to partner with on roofs or siding.

Tim and his crew were fantastic. We had a number of projects that needed to be taken care of, and Tim was able to coordinate all of them for us. He worked with our insurance company to make sure the details were correct. We would highly recommend this company!

They were friendly and got the job done in a very timely manner.

Enjoyed working with Tim from start to finish. Exceptional customer service and great quality of work. The workers who came to install the windows were professional and did a great job of cleaning up. I would highly recommend them for any work you need. Looking forward to hiring them again when I finish the rest windows on my house. Thanks for a smooth and easy process. Erick

Roofing, siding, stone-work, they did it all. The work was all top notch and Tim's attention to detail was excellent. I would highly recommend this contractor.

Exceptional customer service from start to finish.

Even though there were install issues - everything has been corrected and the team was very responsive.

My roof was totaled from a storm. Tim helped me to navigate the insurance claim experience. He took the time to ensure we were happy with your choice of shingles, then handled all the project management details. Tim was responsive and communicative. We were very happy with the work.

We have a house built in 1920 that had vinyl siding covering two other layers of siding, old wood fascia, and no soffit. We needed new siding, fascia, soffit, trim, gutters and a new patio door. Tim patiently took the time to understand what we wanted and provided the bid in a timely manner. Once we decided to go forward, Tim communicated very well to set our expectations for start time and duration of work. Along the way, there were a few unexpected discoveries, and Tim was always communicative and fair. Whenever anything needed tweaking, Tim and his crew were responsive. The experience of working with TR Exteriors exceeded my expectations, which are very high. I have recommended Tim to others with confidence and would highly recommend him to anyone. He is not the cheapest, but his crew does excellent work and Tim is honest, fair and responsive; therefore, I found TR Exterior's value and ROI to be very high.

Tim was willing to come out and talk to us on our schedule not his. Even if it was after 7 pm.

They were reliable and I was very happy!

Not only were they nice, punctual, they got the roof done in a timely manner due to rain. I love how my new roof looks and no more indoor water damage. I would highly recommend them again and again. I was quoted $10,000 and a staggering $18,990 for a small roof. There bid with add ons was $4100. Thank you Tom and guys we really appreciate the great work.
