Tri Link Contracting Services exceeded expectations with their professionalism and craftsmanship. There were some unexpected obstacles due to the age of my home and they easily overcame them, remaining on target. Our roof is beautiful!

Early in November I signed a contract to have my roof replaced. Day workers showed up in December when the temperature was below the recommended installation temperature. They were still working on the roof at 5:00 when it got dark. I called and objected to this. Jim said he would take care of it. They continued working for 2 hours, did a fast clean-up and left never to return. When I called Jim about a portion not lying flat and much debris remaining, he insisted the installation was fine. For months he continued to refuse to recognize problems that needed remedying even though no one from the company had gone on the roof and inspected it. In the Spring I hired a roofing inspector. He found gutters and yard full of debris. There were also shingles incorrectly installed including bent nails covered with caulk. The part that wouldn't lay flat was warped wood that should have been replaced according to the contract. Shingles around a vent and chimney were not installed properly. I went to small claims court to obtain the funds to hire another company to finish the job properly. It was months of hassle and I was out several additional hundred dollars. My labor warranty became useless. In sum, more sales than supervision and service.

The crew worked efficiently and fast. The roof was complete in two days. The owner was responded quickly to my inquiries and calls at all phases of the project. I am very satisfied.

From start to finish this company was professional, efficient and handled us with care. They even helped me speak with our insurance company! The owner was directly involved and was always available to take my calls, answer questions, and ensure peace of mind. Getting a new roof is an overwhelming feeling and Jim the owner made the entire process simple, exciting and painless. Price point was fair, we shopped them and they were right in line with market value. Install was great! CLEAN UP WAS AMAZING...our yard was cleaner than when they first showed up! The guys even cleaned up some leaves on my porch! LOL who does that?!?! WOW. In house financing options made it easy to secure funds for the project. This company sets the bar. Wish all others operated like this. Our country would be a better place if we had more businesses operate this way. Great job!

The owner discussed the process with us prior to providing an estimate. The contract and warranty were very thorough. The Crew was very efficient. They did an excellent job and cleaned up completely. We are extremely happy With the work and our new roof looks beautiful!

We initially were going to interview four (4) different contractors for our asphalt shingle roof installation. We called Tri-Link first based on their high rating by Home Advisor. Jim Sed (the owner of Tri-Link) and his son, Nate, met with us for 45 minutes and explained everything to us. They impressed us so much that we hired them on the spot without contacting any other contractors. Jim had my husband convinced at the initial handshake. We eventually met Joyce, Jim's wife, who assisted us with the color selection and we couldn't be more pleased with our decision. Their work crew showed up and completed the entire project-including clean up- in under two (2) days. My husband works in heavy construction and was super-impressed with their skill and strong work ethic. Quality people, quality work and materials, and at an affordable price. Customer satisfaction is their goal and they certainly achieved it. My husband has already referred them to his co-workers, neighbors, and friends. We are totally satisfied.

Excellent work ethic ,crew began work first thing in the morning , stayed until too dark to work , Jim is excellent to work with , straight forward and honest , price was competitive and fair . Clean up was superior and without complaint .
