Terrible. Power went off after they left. I called them twice (left messages) I also texted him. No response. I had to get another electrical company. I want a full refund.

"The only problem I have had has been with you. The people who have hired me know the quality of the work I perform; I am extremely professional in my work. However, when someone disrespects me, shouts at me?and attempts to alter the price I quoted them before the work began, just as you did?they will never receive a response from me again. Terrible. Quoted me $250 then after job was done he changed it to $350; I should have received the quote in writting (or text). Then next day the power went out again. I called twice (no answer); I texted (no response). I had to get an electrician to do the job correct. I reported this to Angi (where I got their names from).

"It was an emergency, and you called me on a Sunday. I had to hire someone else to resolve the problem for you because I was busy. Before the work began, I quoted you $350, and you agreed; however, once the job was finished, you tried to change the agreed-upon price. You insulted me and said many nasty things?you are a disrespectful person."

He replaced an outlet in our living room that had arced. He checked to verify existing wiring was good and just the outlet needed to be changed. He was consulted for a future job involving adding a dedicated 240v line, and have me options of using up an existing breaker box space or adding a secondary one to accomodate the new outlet plus accommodate any future outlets in the future. As business owner of his company, his knowledge of electricsl and his friendly manner was very impressive! 5 stars, all the way, in my book!

William responded to our inquiry quickly and was flexible in working with our hectic schedule. He arrived right on time. His friendly and professional manner was a calming presence in the face of our concern about the fallen light pole in our backyard and the potential hazards but he quickly verified that their was no electricity flowing to the downed pole, cut the line, gave us a fair price and was on his way. I appreciated the confidence and competence this young man displayed and will definitely be calling on him for future projects!

William was absolutely fantastic! He responded almost immediately when I requested an estimate for his services, and he arrived the following morning to discuss my project and provide an estimate. In addition to providing a fair and reasonable estimate, he also said he was available to begin work as soon as I would like him to do so. It was a time-sensitive job, and he got started right away. He completed the installation of a new breaker and wiring for an exterior outlet box on our back deck in less than a few hours! Everything looks great, and I will definitely be contacting Triple City Electric again for any electrical services going forward.

I called for a quote and Mr. Sanchez came out within the hour and gave me a quote. I decided to hire him for the job on the spot and he went right to work to diagnose/fix my problem. After only a few minutes he found the problem but continued to examine for any other possible issues that could have been contributing to what I was experiencing with the light fixture. Very happy to have this problem resolved and Mr. Sanchez charged me less than the original quote. Would highly recommend him to others. He wore a mask at my request and also wore shoe coverings. Explained everything as he went along which I appreciated too.

Wm responded promptly to Text and scheduled the work the same day in a time slot that worked for me. He installed a new outlet for a new dryer., and he connected the dryer to the new wiring and demonstrated how to operate the new machine.
