Delayed for weeks always something in personal life affecting work. Left his guys unsupervised for hours daily where they would barely work. Ended up not doing flooring as i instructed less then a year it is already coming up to point I have to redo it but the bigger sections I did myself with seams are fine. Ended up taking 1000 bonus from my 72 year old dad with Parkinsons and running without finishing or even cleaning up their mess. I did the same work on another trailer myself with a 350 pound dude, a 80 pound girl and a old grandmother in half the time this crew of young men took and we did a better job.

"Finish the first contract customer wanted additional work. The additional had to be scheduled for a later date and consisted of replacing the subfloor in a mobile home in areas that were damaged. Then the customer wanted linoleum to install the entire mobile home and said he had done it many times! Told him we do not install linoleum and that your best bet is using Home Depot it will have a warranty he did not want to do that then he asked if we would help him install it and again I told him we do not Install linoleum because we have never done it customer said he was the master at it so with caution we proceeded he helped about an hour and a half and we did not."
