Brick or Stone Tuck pointing
Had the guys from Tri Stone come out and repoint my front step where a lot of the old mortar had deteriorated and fallen away. They cleaned everything out properly, repaired the pointing and left the step looking so much better. Really straightforward company to deal with and they did exactly what I wanted. Brilliant job and I?d happily recommend them.

Traditional Stucco Install or Completely Replace
I was having serious problems with the railings on my staircase bending and becoming unstable, so I called Tri Stone to take a look. They ended up installing new railings along with the necessary supports and made everything feel solid and secure again. They were the best option for me and I’m very happy I chose them. Brick, Stone or Block Wall - Repair
Tri Stone recently rebuilt our chimney completely from the ground level up and we honestly couldn’t be happier with the job. My family has known these guys for a long time, so we already knew they were good people, but the workmanship really speaks for itself. Brick and Stone Flatwork - Repair
We were having a nightmare with our chimney. Water was leaking through it and whenever we tried using the fireplace we were having problems with smoke gathering instead of everything venting properly. Part of the chimney eventually had to be taken down and rebuilt. Tri Stone really helped us through what was a stressful situation and explained everything as the job went along. Everything was repaired properly and we?re very thankful for the work they did. Great guys and a very good company to deal with.

Called Tri Stone to repair some of the limestone liners on my front step that had broken and come loose. Brilliant group of guys and they did a really nice job putting everything right again. I had actually seen them working at about four different neighbors’ homes before I decided to call them myself, and now I understand why people recommend them. Very pleased with the finished job and I would definitely use them again.

My front steps had started sinking and I had several people tell me that my only option was to completely replace them. Dominic from Tri Stone took a look and told me he could repair and stabilize them instead of putting me through the cost of a complete rebuild. He gave me a very reasonable price and the finished job came out great. I really appreciated that they gave me an honest repair option instead of automatically trying to sell me a brand-new staircase. Very happy customer.

Foundation Drainage Installation and Replacement
If anybody remembers the heavy rain we had here on Staten Island a couple of days ago, we got hit badly by it. A large puddle formed right outside the basement and before we knew it the water had started making its way inside and created a big problem for us. We were panicking and needed somebody quickly. Tri Stone managed to get out to us very fast and helped deal with the water problem. I?m extremely grateful they were available when we needed them. Thank you again to the whole team.

Foundation Drainage Installation and Replacement
Had a really good experience with Tri Stone Masonry and Restoration here in Annadale. We had a leak coming into our basement and needed it taken care of properly. The guys came out, figured out what needed to be done, and stuccoed the full inside of the basement to help seal and protect the walls.
They did a very, very good job from start to finish. Everything looks completely different now, much cleaner and more secure, and most importantly they took care of the water problem. The crew worked hard, cleaned everything up when they were finished, and were easy to deal with throughout the job.
Really happy with the work and I would definitely recommend them to anyone who has basement water or masonry problems.

Concrete Foundation Repair
We contacted Tri Stone because parts of our home were showing signs of sinking and we were extremely worried that the foundation was the cause. They inspected everything, explained what needed to be strengthened and carried out the foundation repair work for us. I live in Great Kills, Staten Island, and I had Tri Stone come out to repair my red brick front steps and the limestone liners. They repointed the brickwork, repaired and secured the liners, and really brought the whole step back to life. The difference is brilliant. Everything looks clean, solid and properly finished again. The guys were great to deal with and did exactly what they said they were going to do. Really appreciate the work they put into it and I would definitely recommend Tri Stone to anyone needing masonry work done.

Tri Stone repaired the limestone liners underneath our front steps in Mariners Harbor. Some of the stonework had become loose and damaged and the entrance was really starting to show its age. They repaired and secured everything and made the steps look much better again. Nice crew, straightforward to deal with and good quality work. I?d happily recommend them.

Our old red brick front steps were starting to look rough and several areas needed repair. Tri Stone came out to our home in Elm Park and restored them beautifully. They repaired the damaged sections, cleaned everything up and made the whole entrance look cared for again. Our basement in Grymes Hill was leaking very badly and whenever we had heavy rain we were getting a lot of water inside. Tri Stone came in, found the problem areas and carried out the repairs and waterproofing work. It was a huge relief finally having somebody properly address the issue instead of just putting a temporary patch over it. Very pleased with the work and the way everything was handled.

We had a serious basement and water problem at our home near Clove Lakes and Tri Stone took on a huge amount of work for us. The basement area was dug down approximately six feet and a new boundary wall was constructed to help stop water from getting through. They also worked on both the inside and outside, cleaning, repairing and waterproofing everything properly. It was a major project and the difference afterward was unbelievable. Really impressed with the amount of work these guys put into our home.
