At first, when I hired T R J Construction they seemed to be very professional, and trustworthy, I was wrong. I hired them to pour concrete for my back yard patio. when we talked about it, initially they told me that the patio will slope away from the house, to make sure that the water does not pool or slope towards the house. By the time they finished. There were a few places that pooled up forming large puddles. where I asked, I told them I would not pay them the rest of the money until they fixed it, they threaten to sue me and told me it does not matter what I said, all that matters is what is in the contract eventually, after days of arguing they finally agreed to fix it, was not perfect but better than what it originally was. To top it off their crew also hit and knock down my mailbox and lied about it, until my neighbor said they saw it happened. they fixed the post but refused to pay for the mailbox because they said it was already wobblily and I should be grateful they even fixed it. at that point was too tired to hassle over a 50 or 60$ for a mailbox and said forget it. Will never hire these people again very unprofessional and untrustworthy.

Excellent! TRJ Construction did an amazing job on a concrete slab for a backyard bbq area. They did this all in one day. They showed up early and got to work right away. They are very clean when it comes to the way they work and left our yard in the same condition. Would definitely hire them again.

We hired TJR Construction to pour a footing under an existing patio as we were having mice tunnel under and into our basement. They arrived on time and were very professional. The work was finished quickly and the finished product looks great! We would definitely hire them again.

I hired TRJ Construction to install a slab foundation for a shop in a challenging area of my property. After an on-site visit, I recieved an estimate which was lower than the many others I had. I decided to hire them and I'm glad i did. The work was excellent and the communication was very good. They did what they said they would do at a fair price and in the timeframe they said they would do it. I would highly recommend TRJ Comstruction to others.

Huge job to replace my tree-destroyed driveway, they had the most detailed bid, and in 2 days I had a new driveway! They were very competitively priced but I was sold on the very detailed bid..which I appreciated so I knew what I was getting

I needed an 850 sq ft. asphalt driveway sealed and a new berm built to keep rainwater runoff from the road coming onto the driveway. Robert quoted a reasonable price and he and his team did a quality job in a timely manner. I would have no problem using TRJ for other projects.

Hired them to replace some front steps that had been built out of attractive but treacherous boulders with concrete steps and build a couple of 16 walkways. Price was good. Work was good. No complaints. Job was tougher than it looked. Had to pull out and move half a dozen 3 diameter boulders. I ve worked in the construction industry for over 30 years and I ve hired literally thousands of contractors big and small (fired quite a few as well) and these guys know what they re doing.

Easy to do business with

Showed up a day late. Did okay job. The cleanup was not at all satisfied. They left the residue concrete behind on both my front and rear lawn, now my lawn is ruined. Wish I can provide photos.

Roberto, was very professional and willing to revise the estimate to be more detailed. His crew was professional and timely. Project took approx 1.5 days. He was willing to fix minor issues on the spot. I would highly recommend TRJ Construction for any new projects. Probably call him when the time comes for sealing the driveway in 6 months time. Only complaint is the cost for the size of the driveway. My compliant is in general and not a negative against TRJ. TRJ's pricing was in the middle of the pact of the bids I received.

Very quick, low priced, detailed written quote, quality looks good. My only complaint is that they could have done a little better on their clean-up job (concrete splattered on my back fence during cleanup should have been washed off, but I was able to remove it myself).

TRJ did an amazing job on our driveway extension. They capped off sprinklers and rerouted them, excavate dirt, built the frame, poured the concrete and finished it off in 1.5-2 days. Their pricing was comparable, but the quality of work was excellent. I would highly recommend them for a concrete projects.

Demanded payment without a final bill when concrete was still wet! (cleanup was a disaster) Lost the down-payment check and demanded another $1500 Caustic comments during attempts to resolve. Threatened attorney action during period of stop check requirement.
