Nick and his crew did a great job. Seamless hasslefree job from quote to financing to completion. Nick did not try and alarm us or pressure us during walk through inspection. Nor were there any extra charges at completion we paid what was quoted. Honest pay for honest work. Had my wife there during project, as I work away offshore. I had no worries it would be handled competently. They quickly adjusted to an extra item that I added and came back out and got it done with no fuss. TRM is absolutely one of the best contractors I've ever dealt with. Nick, Joe and entire crew were outstanding from start to finish. I met Nick about three years ago when he came to my home for a roof inspection. He inspected my roof at that time, replaced one tile at no cost and said nothing else was needed. I was so impressed with his knowledge. honesty and ethics I kept his contact info and called him again last month (2/22). Nick once again inspected, said it was time to replace entire underlay ( about 4000SF) and gave me a thorough, clear proposal. Material was delivered a week in advance and work was completed on time and budget with full cleanup and an outstanding warranty for a fair price. It was a big job with both many peaks and valleys and even a flat roof area that was recovered with reflective white foam. . TRM presents AND performs with all the professionalism, certifications, skill and integrity anyone could ever want and I highly recommend them GREAT JOB GUYS!!!!! THANKS MUCH!!!!!

Nick with TRM Roofing came out to do a roof inspection because we noticed some cracked and separated tiles. He is the most genuine and honest person you will ever meet! He didn't try to up sell or recommend any unnecessary repairs. This is the only company you should consider for all of your roofing needs; you won't be disappointed!

After the work was done, we thought on a weekend that we had a leak and they came out immediately to check it. It was not leaking, but prompt response was great.

I was very impressed with the professionalism. Nick provided a detailed explanation of the source of our problem (small leak on a tile roof), including pictures. Nick's technician (Victor) did a phenomenal job, was highly competent, diligent in his work, and extremely polite and friendly. I feel very confident in the finished product and have rated five stars in all categories (not something I do that often). Rarely do service providers actually exceed my expectations, but TRM has accomplished that.

Nick was AMAZING! So professional, ethical and knowledgeable with top-notch integrity too. His proposal was very detailed -- he wasn't the cheapest and he wasn't the most expensive. We had a complete tear-off and replacement of the underlay and reused our current tiles. Nick figures everything into the proposal so there's no additional charges -- even though additional tiles had to be purchased due to breakage. Crew was very courteous -- Nick's son Victor kept me informed on progress. Plus they cleaned up daily, which was so appreciated. In fact, my neighbor across the street commented on their cleanliness. I woudl highly recommend TRM to EVERYONE! Definitely can't go wrong with this local, family-owned business of military veterans. Thank you TRM!

Completely CLEANED UP the mess left from the Tear-Off and Replacement of the entire roof. All work performed per contract specifications in a timely manner. All workers were VERY professional and completed job in record time. Absolutely would recommend them to Family and Friends!

Nicholas was very prompt and sent pictures of various areas of the roof that possibly needed repair gave a fair estimate of the cost. Also sent pictures of the completed job of areas repaired.
