ð The 2nd Installer Team was AWESOME & definitely made a difference to work with. Their work was fast, meticulous and exceptional. They were polite, respectful, professional, kind, clean and a joy to interact and work with. I canâ t say enough good things about Frank and Juan. They made up for the negative experience with the 1st Team. Because of them I highly recommend TRN Flooring and the Owner was also great to work with. They are Why I gave them a 5-Star Rating. ð Sadly I had issues with the 1st Installer Team which delayed getting my flooring done expediently in order to Sell my house - by a week. This affected other matters that Iâ m still dealing with that were scheduled. In the hallway there are also several small nicks as a result of the 1st Teamâ s work. This Team gets a 3-Star Rating because they also left a mess for my Workers to clean up!

I am extremely satisfied with the TNR Flooring installation of our porcelain tile kitchen floor. Todd responded to my Home Advisor request within 24n hours, His bid was submitted the next day and was competitive and complete. As the project progressed, he was able to help us navigated the changes and improvements we were hoping for. His installers, Cesar and Brian, were professional and courteous. They did a great job with our project. Todd was present and accessible during the process. I highly recommend them. We hope to use them in the near future to refinish our hardwood floors.
