"As far as the mess in the back yard is concerened, we were not completed with the job. The home owner took it upon himself to clean up before we were scheduled to be there. As far as not showing up to one appointment, there was a mix up between sales and the project manager. Although we try not to have scheduling conflicts, one missed appointment and communication error can happen unfortunately. Due to Florida weather conditions, it is impossible to predict the weather. All jobs are important and scheduling procedures on these jobs cannot be pinpointed to am scheduling for one particular customer The home owner went to a retail pool water testing store well before we were finished with the job. It is our procedure to give instructions on chemical treatments in the final meeting, after we have completed our pool start up procedures. It does not help with our organizational abilities when the home owner insist that we use a product that we strongly don't recommend. By agreeing to do this. It caused us seveal difficulties in our scheduling process. We agreed to do this product that normally would have been a large up charge, in color, for the paricular color of the product. We did not charge any extra for this upgrade."
