Troy completed several projects for us . He replaced a deck and porch poured a concrete accessibility ramp, built a roof over our leaky shipping container and built some fantastic custom planters! We highly recommend using his services for any projects you may have!

Troy's crew did an excellent job of tearing down (and removing) the old fence and replacing it with a new fence in a little more than 24 hours! I spoke with Troy who visited our house on Thursday, signed the contract on Saturday, they showed up on Tuesday and the fence was completed on Wednesday. I would recommend Troy Norris Construction to anyone wanting a quality fence.

Troy was prompt in coming out to review the fence project, and provided a reasonable quote. His crew, Brandon and Dakota were always prompt and efficient. I am extremely happy with the work that they did for me and highly recommend them.

The business is still " Hungry for work". Troy and his crew worked well after quitting time to meet scheduled inspections on a few occasions. He rents equipment as needed to accomplish the task to stay on schedule. TROY ANSWERS THE PHONE ! if not, he got back to me within hours, sometime minutes. When Minor changes were needed, we agreed to them, and he stuck to his word. He is now my go to guy. We are in the conceptual phase of next project.

Troy and company did such a great job on our deck we hired them for 2 additional projects.

The job was done so fast that I did not even see the mistakes until the end. Poor quality everything from materials to the way this fence was put together. This company did not call 811 and hit my water main, did not get a permit for the build (which later failed inspection), and instead of fixing the problem they then sawed of the front fence as a **repossession**. Completely breaking their contract with me and breaking the law. This company should not be in business. It is costing me more than I paid this company to fix all of their mistakes. I cannot believe I got ripped off like this!

Troy Norris did an excellent job removing the old decayed wood and building the new TREX deck area, steps, and railing. All work was done in just a couple of days. Looks great!

Troy and crew are very easy to work with. Very friendly and will listen to what you want done and make suggestions. He and crew always show up on time.

Troy is very easy to work with and customer satisfaction is priority 1. He goes out of his way to be sure the homeowner is happy with the project and puts in whatever time is necessary to keep the project on schedule.

Troy & his wife Valerie were very nice people to work with. They went out of their way to make me feel comfortable in choosing their company. My backyard fence had blown over & I had to have a new one built. They came out, checked on what needed to be done & started as soon as they could to get the new one up. The old fencing was removed & a new, better one was up in no time. Troy even replaced the battery in my smoke detector....and didn't charge me for it. :-)

They gave a quote, came out in the snow to install my new fence. Above and beyond! And it looks great, just what we wanted. Very satisfied and would highly recommend these professionals.
