Improperly installed flashing leaked badly. I cannot get it repaired since mid-September even though it is still under warranty.

They replaced my roof 2 years ago and it has leaked since day one. They came out 2 times but I still have a leak. Now they will not return my calls. Absolutely the worst company. All he cares about is your money. My ceilings are ruined. I have to lay an old shower curtain down when it rains to keep my hardwood floors from being damaged. Run as fast as you can.

They did the job in a timely manner and did a great job cleaning up.

Mr Nettles (T-Roy) responded immediately to our inquiry, met us without delays and provided a complete, official, professional estimate before leaving at the end of the appointment....exceeded the timely response time from the other 3 contractors that I had contacted. The Scope of Work exceeded ALL county codes and met Bronze Fortified Standards, if we opted to obtain the certificate. He met the minimum projected time to begin the work. The Crew was punctual to start the work, had maximum daily productivity despite weather challenges. They took pride in their work and confided that they enjoyed working for a company that used such high quality materials and the expected high quality standards from each of them. When the work was complete, the Crew's clean-up was beyond reproach. I would recommend T-Roy to anyone that wants a responsive, quality roofing job because of the materials used, quality workmanship, timely completion as stated in the contract, and customer care.

I highly recommend this company. Very professional company from the first phone call to the final job review and payment. Charles the head salesman was thorough in his estimate and answered al my questions. I had to contact Troy the owner one time and he took care of my concern immediately. The roofing crew headed by Eduardo were great. Once the old roof material was off they showed me what plywood they thought needed replacing. I agreed and they took care of it. They asked me to inspect it all before the new underlayment went on. I am very satisfied.

He did a remove and replace a asphalt shingle roof. They had came and did the job with excellent professional service. Came and clean up there mess. They had done a great job on the roofing and they had came and did the job excellent. The pricing was very good.

This contractor provided a high quality roof with only the best materials. His crew was hard working, and very competent. They went right to work each day after arriving onsite, and answered all my questions and complied with all of my special requests. I can't say enough about their professionalism.

Quality contractor

T-Roy's is OUTSTANDING. From the beginning where the contract was presented to us in detail explaining all the work that would be done, to the onsite prep spreading tarps to catch the debris, to the superior work (their job stopped two small leaks that I had for a long time and couldn't fix them), to the cleanup. Just outstanding. I'd HIGHLY recommend them to anyone that needed roof work done.

They were great. The ness was well contained and we have not found any stray nails. They continuously did a magnet sweep to keep them picked up. Looks wonderful without turbines and enormous skylights.

Troy and his entire crew were professional did exactly what Troy said they would do .Job was done in timely fashion and clean up was immaculate . Roof is beautiful and goes perfectly with house . All leaks were fixed and several leaks and issues were found by his team. I really appreciate their professionalism. I will be getting a metal roof put on and T-Roy will get my business. These guys did an outstanding job, there's no way I could be more pleased. They exceeded my expectation in every way. The materials they use is top of the line, and the quality of their work is some of the best I've ever seen. My yard was actually cleaner when they left, than it was when they got there. Not only was the crew top-notch craftsmen, they were nice and friend folks as well. They may not be the best roofers on the Gulf Coast, but I'm certain there aren't any better. Money well spent.

Troy was not the lowest bid I received. But his appeared to be the most professional and he recommended work that no one else did. That additional work made the roof better. He also juggled the schedule to meet my timing needs. I needed a good professional roof and that is what I think I got. Unless something bad happens soon, then I am completely satisfied.

Fair price very polite and hard working crew. Excellent job on roof. Crew did great job each day cleaning up yard. My son will need reroof in net few years and will use T-roys based on my experience.

T-Roy's Roofing is a great example on how a construction company should be run and operated. I looked at a few other companies and chose T-Roy's based on the professionalism and that they are a certified roofing installer. For just a few extra dollars we were able to add a extra 50 year warranty on our roof because of their certification. Troy's crew was also ahead of schedule and very polite. We estimated three days, they were done in two. Classic example of under promise and over deliver. Great Job.
