Electrical Wiring or Panel Upgrade
1st visit Gary showed me how to hold the breaker down so it would click on. After the 15 minute visit he charged me 150 and I was thrilled. I thought it was fixed! He gave me no receipt and let me believe it was fixed. It worked for about two weeks. His second visit was supposed to be for $250 (estimate for replacing breakers)
He worked on the panel and down to the well
House where the breakers were never a problem in 20 years and claimed the wires weren?t there and he was t getting any power.
When he left, he told me he?d only charge me $150 because he actually DID NOT put in a new breaker but one he had laying around and so wouldn?t charge me the $250. Again, no receipt, nothing in writing. He said he?d send me an estimate of what is going on but knew nothing about the cost of laying new conduit. Never heard another word. I sent a text which he ignored. Then I went to see the board where he?d replaced the breakers and when I turned it on, sparks flew out of the breaker!
