Tru-Grit Concrete

We hired True Grit Concrete (Tru-Grit Concrete), owned by Marcus Flegge, for a new driveway and concrete repairs. The project was originally scheduled for 7/8/26, but no one showed up and I was only informed of the delay after I contacted them. The porch repairs were left incomplete, the driveway lines are crooked with a noticeable hook on one side, and the garbage can pad I paid extra for is about 6 inches too short. I made the mistake of paying before the concrete cured. The forms were still in place, hiding defects. I was promised they would return the next day to finish repairs and clean up. Instead, they removed their tools and forms, left incomplete work, and scattered concrete chunks, screws, and trash throughout my yard. Since then, all calls and messages have been ignored. As of 7/24/26, there has been no response. I spent thousands of dollars and received substandard workmanship and poor customer service. NEW PORCH STEPS INSTALLED BY KYLE. 5 STARS FOR THAT. WORK WAS DONE ON JUNE 3. NOT COMPLETED, WAS TOLD WOULD RETURN. PHONE CALLS TO KYLE, AND LETTER TO MARCUS THE OWNER ONLY RESULTED IN WILL FINISH JOB. JUNE 29 STILL NOT DONE. NEVER PAY INADVANCE, LESSON LEARNED.
