My name is Tim Wilson and I am the owner/manager of TRW Home Inspections, LLC. I retired from the Baltimore County Fire Department with more than 33 years of service and have decided to put my talents and time into home inspections. I have spent many years conducting commercial and residential inspections, working in construction, home improvement, and of course life and fire safety. I want to work for you and provide the peace of mind one desires when purchasing a home. My goal is to provide you with an easy to understand report of my findings and I will spend as much time as necessary to assure this for you. I want you to be completely satisfied. Tim was VERY thorough! I honestly didn t know what to expect blindly hiring a Hone Inspectior online, but must say he exceeded the expectations of both myself and my Real Estate Agent. You will definitely know everything you need to know (and where it is) about your new home with Tim. I really can t say enough good things about this experience. He was there early, checked every little detail and was great about explaining this I honestly knew nothing about! Highly recommended!
