They didn't complete some of the trim work that I paid for. But other than that, they were fine.

They were courteous, on time, very kind. They actually did a temporary repair for me for free so I wouldn't have to have any more damage from my roof leaking. That was very kind and unexpected. Very happy with them and will use in the future.

As a single mom it was nice to use a company that did not give me the run around. They worked around my busy schedule and walked me through each step of the process. Not only did they go above and beyond to make sure the job was done to the highest standard but they also brought my little family lunch as a token of their appreciation. I thought I had hired a manufacturer's certified roofer but I was misled. It turns out they never have been. My project manager assured me that they were and on the business cards of three different employees it states that they are. My new roof was placed on my home by TRock April of 2017. It rained shortly after my roof was installed and I had multiple leaks. It took TRock four times to correct one leak. Almost every time they would come unannounced. Besides the leaks the shingles were also incorrectly installed on all the ridges. I sent photos to the shingle manufacturer and they verified that they were incorrectly installed. TRock sent a crew to replace all the shingles on the ridges. The flue stacks from the hot water heaters were also aligned incorrectly. They were never verified if they were correct after they completed replacing the roof. One flue was totally off causing a potential carbon monoxide problem and when they came back to fix it they placed the flue stack directly on roof deck wood for a potential fire hazard. It took them three times to correct this. Each time they would come to correct one thing they would damage another thing. Next up, the gutters. Gutters were placed around the whole house with grease marks on every run, first floor and second floor. I contacted the gutter manufacturer and they said this should have never happened. The gutters were also installed with the incorrect slope. They were sloped away from the downspouts so water would just sit in the gutters after a rain and not flow to the downspouts. On one section of the gutters the gutter installer tried to correct the grease marks by painting over them but the overspray from the paint went onto the house. TRock came back out and either cleaned the gutters or replaced the gutter runs but they never did anything about the incorrect gutter slopes. (TRock did correct the overspray on the house.) TRock also damaged the roof shingles and new gutters during this process. At this time the project manager asked for payment for work performed. It blew me away because he had told me at contract signing that no payment was due until all work was completed. To help with the situation, and hopefully receive better workmanship, I paid the first portion of the roof. I paid >$15,000. This was a big mistake because this didn't help anything. I asked for a meeting with the owner because I wanted to have a new project manager assigned to my home. On the phone, the owner mentioned a new project manager so I was hoping for the best. So, I meet the owner in person to go over all my concerns. He brings my current project manager with him. Not the best of situation so I ask for a private meeting. The owner listened to all my concerns and still decided to keep the current project manager. I knew then that things would not get better. Next up, the chimney cover. The chimney cover that was placed on my home was of a less quality than the one I

I had a roof leak and they replaced my shingles and were sapose to repair ceilings in the house. The next heavy rain I had two leaks, they could not find either one after about 10 tubes of caulk all over my new roof. I had to hire another contractor to fix the leaks and do the ceiling repairs. They had no idea what they were doing. They send a fast talking sales person out who knows very little about construction and there was a language barrier and they couldnt answer any questions. Then they had the nerve to contact my insurance for more money without my knowledge, my adjuster refused to talk to them. It was a horrible experience that when on for over a year.

It was a tough slog working with these folks mainly because I could not get a straight answer from my sales rep.

I was referred to T Rock Roofing based off the quality of work they had performed for a close friend, in the end I was not disappointed. An appointment was set up promptly and at my convenience. Rachelle Lapino arrived at my house, explained the process and what they could offer. Rachelle was professional and didn't promise me anything that they couldn't deliver. One of my main concerns was working with my deductible, but assuring all the work needed was performed. T Rock delivered that and more! They provided several upgrades at their cost and worked with me to reduce my out of pocket expense. They had a liaison that worked directly with my insurance company to assure I was getting all money owed. The work crew arrived when scheduled and finished on time. They respected me, my property, and cleaned up when finished. The entire process from start to finish was seamless and no stress to me. In my opinion, I have the best roof on my street that will last beyond me to the next owner. I can't give enough praise to Rachelle and the entire T Rock crew, they were great! I would recommend T Rock Roofing to anyone that needs a roof repair.

I have nothing but great things to say about Sam Rogers and T Rock Roofing. I was selling a rental property in Lantana and T Rock was referred to me. Sam responded to my request on the same day I called, met me at the house, explained the damage from a previous hail storm and the prepared his estimate, met the adjustor, worked with the insurance company and even negotiated with them for me to get a fair settlement! He essentially took the whole process off my plate. The work done was excellent, timely and he even co ordinated the fence and garage door repair that had also been part of the insurance claim. I give T Rock 5 Stars!
