Based on a recommendation from one of our neighbors, we contacted T Ryan Contracting, Inc. to replace our 20+ year-old roof. The whole process was smooth and we were surprised how fast and economical the job was done compared to other roof replacements we have researched. We now have a beautiful dark brown metal roof that matches the trim on our house. I would highly recommend Tim and Ryan for your roofing needs.

T Ryan Contracting just finished a complete reroofing project on our home and I would recommend them to anyone needing a new roof. From the first conversations with Ryan the experience was straight forward and indicative of an organization that operates in an honest and ethical way. Following the sales effort Tim put together an implementation plan that he was able to keep on track despite plenty of South Florida bad weather including two hurricanes. During the project Tim communicated the daily progress and next steps with me including pictures and videos which were very helpful. The finished roof looks great. I appreciate the great service and recommend them highly.

I dealt with both owner Tim and his son Ryan. They always returned any of my calls right away. I was informed what to expect each day of the job. Owner Tim was on site on a daily basis and kept me informed of what was going to be done. I had both my flat roof done as well as installing a metal roof on my house. Both Tim and Ryan were friendly. We had torrential rain for 4 days after the final inspection and no problems arose. Each day the site was cleared of any debris. I would recommend T. Ryan Contracting based on my experience. A foreman was also on the site each day.

We, I dont shop price, but T Ryan Contracting did quote us well below other local contractors. We chose T Ryan Contracting to do our roof because they made us just feel comfortable about doing business with them. A lot of communication and personal attention. Our house is an older one and required a lot of addional roofing related repair all of which we feel was done with quality at very fare pricing. We did an Aluminum roof comming from a dated barrel tile roof. The whole demolition and installation process including the additional repair took exactly 6 business days. Im going to tell you these folks never rested thay really work hard. Our new Aluminum roof looks great!!! No disapointments here :)
