Water Feature Service
Charged to come out and look at the pond. Failed to send estimates in a timely manner. Never showed up to do the work.

"Sorry for the delays but we did not hear back from you after the first time we sent estimates. We followed up and got your approval for work. However, now we are waiting for permit approval so that we can legally do the work. As soon as that comes through we still plan to take care of your pond."
