My deck was just needing stabilization and replacement of a couple posts. I felt that the price was decent. Even though it was not a big project or huge money maker, Tim was honest and treated me with respect to my wishes. I wasn't looking to spend a ton of money or get a new deck (although I have seen very nice work from them and it was tempting!) And didn't feel pushed into doing so like I have with other bids. I will most certainly call them when I am ready for that!

My oly problem was site cleanup upon completion, had to pick up many used construction screws from demolition project, have young grandkids danger.

An overall professional crew to work with who did a wonderful job replacing a 20 year old wood deck with composite decking. A true professional in every way. Excelled in craftsmanship, kept on schedule until work was done and over saw every detail. He and his crew replaced our deck and front porch plus he kept the design true to the style of our 1906 farm house. You will not find anyone better than TS Construction. I would highly recommend him for your next exterior renovation.

TS Construction is a first rate company. I was impressed both with the owner Tim and with his workmen. I was particularly impressed when I watched Tim Check every piece of framing lumber to be sure that it was not warped! /the work was done in a professional manner, and with dispatch. I would highly recommend TS Construction for deck work, which is what they did for us.

Tim is a master craftsman who brought a great crew, hard work and precision worksmanship to our home to rebuild our deck into something we literally enjoy every...single...day! He was easy to work with, offered excellent guidance and suggestions and made sure we were fully satisfied with the job. If you are in the market you're missing out if you don't call Tim in for a bid and consult.

Showed up promptly every day, kept me informed of any new developments along the way. Finished one day earlier than promised. Very professional, great crew; personable. Workmanship excellent. One issue after the deck was completed was addressed immediately. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them for any project; I would definitely use them again.

I was so surprised and pleased at how quickly Tim responded to my initial call about replacing my deck. He had the work completed in the length of time some companies would take to contact me. He was courteous and very prompt. He even went out of his way to save me money on a minor repair that was a result of the way the previous deck was constructed. I would highly recommend TS Construction .

Tim really knows his stuff! 4 other contractors offered advice and bids, but Tim had great advice - better than the others. He could see what the problems would be, and how to resolve them. Plus, he was friendly and professional, and got the job done right away.

I really appreciated the work done by Tim and his team on my back deck. The only reason this wasn't a 5 star was because there were 1-2" gaps in the stairs on one of the sides of my deck. I had to use scrap pieces to cut and fill them in to make it look a little better. Overall they did a wonderful job and I am so happy about the whole job.

We needed deck repair, so we called TS Construction and got a quote fast. Other contractors we called either did not get back to us or dragged their feet giving us a quote. Tim and crew repaired my deck fast and accurately a day early. Give this company a call if you want a good contractor.

Tim called me the next day after I sent out a request on Home Advisor. He came out and met with me the next evening to give me an estimate on a small job for my front porch steps. He had me the estimate the next day and completed the project quickly and very nicely the following day on a Saturday morning. He is very easy to work with, did a professional job, cleaned up nice, and I will hire him again.
