The single spring on my garage door broke and both my wife and I needed to use our respective vehicles shortly. I contacted ServiceMagic and got Tim's' phone number and called him. He said he would be out in an hour and he was. He replaced the spring and was done within an hour and his rate was very reasonable. Excellent also he was a very interesting person!

Tim called within a minute and gave me a fair price. I scheduled an appointment with Tim and he showed up on time calling before he came. Tim installed the new springs but had problems getting them adjusted. The springs were a couple inches longer than the original springs and they didn't seem to work properly. Tim said he would get the same size springs and come back the next day. He showed up on time again and installed the new springs and the doors work fine. I would recommend Tim and will call him again if I need any other garage repair work.
