fast service but I do have one complant, the entire service was changed BUT the upper pipe that goes through the roof! I did not notice this until a few days after, but it was painted nicely to fool me (i suppose). unsure why this was done. I was not told there was a problem with installing a new pipe mast, so.. I cant understand why this was incomplete. I was pleased with the service until i discovered this.

I have a hard time rating this company. On one hand, the work was done properly and done fairly quickly, as promised. The downside was the lack of response as to scheduling, and getting final info from company to finish the project. Based on work alone, good job. As for customer service, very disappointing.
