The installer was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He went above and beyond in the installation and took me through how to operate the system. Their customer service after install was also impeccable as they called to check to see if I had any questions or concerns. Top quality company with excellent rates and customer service. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to install a home theater system.

Stayed in touch with me for 3+ weeks before I could confirm date for them to complete job. Only hiccup was tech arrived about 1 1/2 hours late; but did call to keep me informed. Fantastic work to mount 2 TVs; cost competative, very thorough, very polite, and explained everything in easy to understand language. I would hire again!

My overall experience with Mark and Brandon the installer was awesome i never experience such wonderful customer service ever!! Brandon was very professional knew exactly what he was doing. Ran into a question as was able to talk with marc with no problems even received a call back to ask if everything was uo and running good. Would definitely refer these guys and most of all use them again! Oh and the price is more than affordable

The job was for mounting a 65" plasma on the wall and setting up the audio and picture. However I had already mounted it myself, and just needed some leveling tweeks and adjustments to the audio receiver. The charge was not reduced at all, even though he didn't have to take down the TV.
