TSM Contractors, LLC

My exprerience with the company was very good. The guy was very professional and showed that he care about his work. I will recommend him to my friends and neighbors.

Job was completed quickly and professionally.

communication between contractor and home owner was excellent and professional.

The work is being done in a very professional manner. I communicated with my mother about her thoughts on the quality of work being done in her home. Since I live 7 hours away and only talk to Mr Hinton by phone, I asked her about the work. She tells me the crew is courteous and very clean in there workmanship. I know mom well, and if she praise you, you are worth hiring again. Looking forward to seeing the finish job.

I was extremely please with the timely and acurate work that this company did.

Fast, thorough, dedicated. Joseph was nice, polite and confident. Said the leaks were found and repaired. We will keep our eyes open the next time it rains, but we believe the job was done correctly.

Five star quality job and customer service. I highly recommend this company to everyone!

Very professional and work completed totally according to the contract. Very pleased and would recommend them.

Time is always the essence, the owner did not hesitate to contact me at once and began/completed all the work exactly as promised...

This crew is absolutely professional. Their work was excellent; their customer service was excellent and their cleanup afterwards was top rate. They may be a bit higher than some of their competitors but their work and attention to detail was worth it. I would definitely recommend them to anyone desiring any kind of work that was needed.

Showed up on time. Products were first rate He is courtious clean and polite.

If you have a project or repair needed, Pinnacle Property Care is the company to contact. Mr. Hinton was professional, reliable, and thorough. He carefully explained the process of this compllcated repair (sunroom porch had been virtually destroyed by roof damage during storms). His work was exemplary and his honesty paramount in all he accomplished. I recommend him without qualifications.

Joseph Hinton was referred to me by a friend after we discovered a leak in our roof during a bad rainstorm. I contacted him and we made arrangements for him to come out the next day (my idea...the same day was inconvenient for me). The next day we had another bad rain, but Joseph came to our home (way out in the country) anyway. By the time he got there, the rain had subsided enough for him to do the needed repairs. Our roof was fixed quickly and the job was well done. No more leaks!!! We have other jobs on our project list and plan to hire him again in the near future. Thanks Joseph!

The contractor was very pleasant, polite and conscientious. He brought plenty of help and the job was finished in a timely manner. He followed up with his completion of the project as he stated he would. I would recommend him to people looking for concrete repair work.

Joseph was very polite, helpful, and explained everything. Guarantees work. I would highly recommend Pinnacle Property Care.

My husband and I emailed Mr. Hinton and he contacted us within 5 minutes! No joke. Repairs were performed same day. No hassles whatsoever. Polite, honest, efficient and knowledgeable. We couldn't possibly ask for anyone better. Will be asking him to return and redo the entire roof soon.

Great job better than when new. Good value for your money.

Did a great job. Showed up on time and finished the job in a few hours.

Timely installation.

Excellent! Within minutes of submitting my request on Home Advisor, I received a call. I explained the damaged condition of my roof caused by high winds during a storm we had the night prior. I told him about my concern for continued rain and potentially more extensive damage. Joseph gave me his full attention and a timeframe when he could arrive. He was right on time! He was very courteous, extremely professional and promptly took care of the repairs. On such short notice, his price was very reasonable. I would highly recommend Pinnacle Property Care for anyone needing their services.
