Absolutely fantastic. They were immediately, they said they were going to be here at 9. They showed up at 5 to 9. They were in my driveway at 5 to They had everything that they needed. They even tested a grout area to make sure that they are able to do And I didn't think they were going to do that good of a job. I really didn't because the grout was filthy. I mean, it's, you know, I have a dog, and it's white Wow. They made it look like I have a new floor. They are unbelievable. Very kind, very just very, very nice, very professional.

I requested help for grout/caulk work for my shower on Angi. TS Property Care reached out immediately and was able to come same day for an inspection. They gave a reasonable quote and were back out in a couple days to complete the project. Deshawn was the technician that did the inspection and repair. He was kind and courteous at my home and completed the project fairly quickly. I am satisfied with the work completed and will be using them again for future repairs!

They are not expert grouting services.

TS Property Care removed and repaired the caulk in my walk-in shower. It looks new again! This was on the same day they pressure washed my front walk (pavers), driveway and side walk. It is so nice to have a clean and attractive entry to my home now.

So glad I hired TS Property Care to clean/seal my grout. Over 10 years, my 500 Sq ft of tile/grout had accumulated a lot of dirt. I had tried to deep clean it myself numerous times, but could never complete the job as it was just too much tile. Tyrell, the owner of the company, came to assess the work. He gave me a very reasonable quote so we set up a day/time for the cleaning. Deshawn was the technician that came. In this day and age, I thought he would have a machine to do the "dirty" work, but instead, he cleaned the tile the old fashioned way -- with cleaning chemicals and good, hard muscle power. It was amazing how clean he was able to get it! The next day, he came back to apply a color seal to the grout. Now my floors look just like they did 10 years ago when they were new! Kudos to Deshawn for his grit and determination in doing this back breaking work. Both he and Tyrell were professional, kind, and polite. I would hire them again in the future and will recommend them to my friends and family.

TS Property is a very professional company. The technician came in gave me a more then fair quote. He showed up on time started the job, came back next day & completed it. My flooring was beyond my expectations. It looks like a new house. He cleaned all the grout & recaulked the wet area; bathrooms, showers, dinning areas, ookitchen, hallways, bathroomsI, & foyer. It was unbelievable. He cleaned as he went, I never saw anything out of place. He even asked me to look at each room as he finished, in case he missed something. Now that tells you something about the integrity of the company. Mr. Tyrell Spencer, the owner was extremely nice, as well as, the technician, Deshawn. I would recommend them without any hesitation. In fact, my neighbors are interested.

Tyrell contacted me quickly and was able to inspect ths project the same day he called. He provided a fair price for the project, and was able to schedule yo complete the job quickly. The scope of the project changed when the grout was not able to be sufficiently cleaned and much of it needed to be replaced. Even with the change of scope the price did not change significnantly.

The workers were were on time, polite, knowledgeable and extremely conscientious about their work. II would use them again.
