Stay Away From TS Roofing: Nightmare experience?destroyed property and structural damageTS Roofing did a terrible job on our home.Key IssuesZero Management Stability: We suffered through four different project managers during our project.Property Destruction: Crew unloaded heavy roofing materials and equipment directly over our septic tank. This completely collapsed the entire system.Defective Workmanship: The roof was installed with absolutely no pitch. We are now experiencing active water intrusion and leaks.No Communication: We called the office several times. They refuse to answer or offer any solution.Avoid this company at all costs. They lack basic technical competence, professional communication, and respect for customer property.

If you want to wait 13 months for your roof to be finished, enjoy dealing with an utterly siloed organization that frustrates accountability at every level, and look forward to having to stare down the companys owner to finally get your job finished, by all means, use T and S Roofing systems. Otherwise, RUN!

I had seen T&S Roofing Systems Inc, replacing several roofs in my neighborhood. After speaking with several of my neighbors I contacted T&S to inquire about replacing my roof. From the first meeting and throughout the process, the service and work was professional. I received timely replies to questions and the roof replacement was completed promptly as promised. At this point I could not be happier with and would recommend T&S to anyone needing a roofing system replacement. In particular it was my pleasure to have both Jorge and Silvia assisting on my project, they were great and always available. Thanks to all at T&S Roofing Systems Inc. and continued success.

I would like to start this review by saying that my husband and I had the great fortune of hiring T&S Roofing Systems. In 2018, we met with Maycol Delgado because we were thinking about re-roofing our home. Maycol really impressed us with his presentation, he thoroughly went through every single step of their process, and listened to our concerns answering every single question. A few years passed and Maycol kept in touch with us. Finally in 2020, we were able to move forward with this enormous project, and frankly we were petrified that the experience would be stressful and taxing to our family life, especially since my husband and I are working from home due to Covid-19. Even though Maycol had gone point by point on what to expect, we were still very apprehensive of having our property in chaos while the roof job was completed. On day one, we had the a crew show up and we noticed that our pool was completely covered with a tarp protecting its surface. The crew worked tirelessly until evening. What shocked my husband and I was how at the end of the day, there was a completely detailed cleanup of properly. That evening, we stood outside and could not believe that anyone had been at our home. I even saw a worker carefully clean our outdoor furniture and coffee table. This kind of professionalism and attention to detail continued daily as we watched in amazement at these gentlemen work long hours. Each and every one of them was courteous when we spoke to them. Jorge, our project manager was in constant communication with us and was always available whenever a question came-up. Roberto was also available whenever we needed him. Rafael was also instrumental in this project. Maycol stopped by the house several times to check up on the progress. What an incredible group of professionals! Our roof passed every inspection without a glitch, and the work was completed on time. We are so happy and excited with the way our home looks with our beautiful new roof, but we are even happier with the entire experience. Without a doubt, we will only use T&S Roofing for all of our roofing needs and have already given their information to all of our friends and family.

Traditional Tile Roofing Repair
The most expensive roof repair ever! One roofer, one helper: $6.60 per MINUTE! I had a leak at one of the vents on my tile roof. T and S gave me an estimate of $1700 for the repair job. When the repair was performed it took one roofer and one helper 4 hours to perform the work I questioned the price charged. T and S spend a maximum of $100 on materials. That leaves $1,600 for the 4 hours the repair required, $400 per hour or $6.60 per minute. My request for explanation of the price charged for the repair with their office contact, Josephs turned more and more bizarre: His reasoning included lines like T and S gives a warranty, I should be happy that I got a second Vent worked at for free (their mistake, not mine), their company came to do the repair within 2 days. I asked again to receive a call from the general manager. I got to talk to the Marketing Manager, Alexandria A. Her try to explain the price was even stranger: TS does not calculate their prices by the cost of Labor and cost of Material. The time factor has absolutely no influence on the price. T and S charges by the Scope of work. T and S estimators are not roofers and not necessarily familiar with the volume of work required for the repair, so the estimate must include a cushion for T and S T and S charges premium prices for the peace of mind that comes with the one year warranty. T and S is not a PIRATE ROOFER, who will give a low estimate and screw the customer. If I wanted to pay by the hour I should have said so at the time of the estimate. And so on I need to point out that during our phone conversation I repeated all the above statements to Alexandria for the accuracy of my review. She accused me instantly of trying to get a discount by threatening with a review. I never asked for a discount, I asked for a fair, transparent price. In the end, I paid their price it is not worth it to me to take them to court, lawyers cost $400/hour too. And I had signed a contract Be very careful dealing with them.

I am not usually the kind to take the time to write a review, but I wanted to do so in appreciation for a great job of roof replacement T and S Roofing did on my home. The installation of a new roof on any home is a major undertaking and I spoke to many people and inspected many recently roofed homes in the area prior to selecting T and S as our contractor. It turned out to be a great decision. The real test of any contractor is their willingness to stand behind their work. T and S staff were readily available to answer any and all our questions and address every concern no matter how minimal in detail it was. Their personal interest in customer satisfaction is a testament to the reputation T and S Roofing enjoys.
