Fence Builders USA incorrectly installed my vinyl fence. 2 years later, it is completely falling apart. Vinyl fences are supposed to last 20-30 years, not 2. They are now charging us to fix it, even though it was their mistake to begin with. I have never seen a vinyl fence fall apart like ours is. Do not hire this company I could not be more disappointed and upset.

Everyone we dealt with was great, very helpful. There were no issues but I feel that if I had an issue it would be addressed. Out of the 4 fence companies we requested a quote from Fence Builders where the most pleasant to deal with and over all treated us like they wanted our business, even though it wasnâ t a big project.

The company representatives I had to work with from the estimation phase, scheduling and customer service to the actual installation were very professional and customer oriented. They are a bit pricey, but did a good job. The team of installers led by Jose was very attentive to details and tried hard to address all my concerns. I would strongly recommend this company if you need to install a new fence.

We previously had a fence installed by another company. This company blew that company away. Five stars. Install sooner than inspected. Much more quality work. I would fully recommend.

They were flexible as to the timing of the job. There was a postponement from another customer, so they fit our project in, skipping a two-week wait. The work was done in an over 55 community of some fuzzy people, Everyone was complimentary about the outcome.

Most of the new fences we had installed look great. By the time the men finished the fence installation, it was dark (November 2021), and we could not get a good look at it to sign off on the project. However, the next day, we noticed that there were parts that were not level and sloped down, making the fence look poorly installed. The gate is also not installed properly and does not open correctly. After calling the office three times to get this resolved since December 2021 and sending them the requested photos, we have not heard back from Fence Builders USA. It has been over a month now since we last communicated. I am extremely disappointed with this company for their lack of customer service after the job was completed. And, for that, I cannot recommend this company.

There was an issue with the vinyl fencing being the wrong style. Rob, at fence builders immediately responded and is getting the correct fence style. My rating is based on the quality of the work done so far and good customer service.

Very professional and efficient team. Got here on time and did a great job. They removed an old wooden fence and installed a vinyl picket fence and also repaired a chain link fence. Would recommend Fence Builders USA.
