T-Scape, Inc.

After my previous review of T-scape and a complaint to the BBB, T-Scape did offer a full refund of my payment. Since they had completed approx. half of what was needed, I accepted 1/2 refund. I thought that was fair. Matter is resolved.

Work was not completed as we agreed. I was willing to accept that somehow I was to blame for not explaining what I needed well enough. Paid $950. I requested that they come back and finish the project. I offered to pay them additional funds. 2 phone calls and 2 emails in the next 4 weeks ( by me to T-scape) once I reached someone and they said they would call be right back. After 4 weeks I have given up and will hire another company to fix this mess. Don't get taken advantage of like I have been. RUN!

From start to finish Tom was a true professional. He and his crew were very pleasant and informative. He responded to all calls and emails quickly. Tom finished the job right down to the last little detail. We are extremely satisfied with our new lawn and sprinkler system.We would highly recommend him to friends and family.

Supreme professionals! Gave an itemized list as an estimate; showed up on time and answered any phone calls or emails promptly; pleasant workers-conscientious and always cleaned up afterwards. The walkway and the subsequent landscaping turned out beautifully. The in-ground sprinkler system is operating perfectly. We were super pleased with Tom and his staff and would recommend them to all!

Appeared to assess the work needing to be done when they said they would. Tom of Tscape provided a detailed bid. They arrived to start the job when they said they would and also clear about when they would return. Easy to work with, answered our questions, we are more than pleased. Work after 2 days was about half done and progressing as we expected.

Tom from T-Scapes is the best! He met with me hours after we spoke on the phone, listened to our wants and needs, worked with us in an extremely timely manner and completed the job better then we expected and earlier then promised. Thank you Tom and T-Scapes

T-Scape installed a complex system (10 zones, 75 heads) and did it on time and on budget, no surprises. The T-Scape crew were professional, friendly and left the job site in great shape. I would recommend them to anyone.

Winterize sprinkler system

T-Scape did a great job installing our brick sidewalk. The job came out better than expected. We also hired them to perform some additional work with the landscaping around the sidewalk to further complete the project. I would recommend them to others.

Tom provided accurate estimate and was able to accomodate my schedule. Was nice to recieve a confirmation call 30 minutes before they came. Project was completed in time and results are excellent. I hired T-Scape again for another project. Hope to become their regular customer.

Tom and his T-Scape, Inc. crew were the best people to have do my lawn Irrigation system. Not the lowest bidder, but close and by far the most professional. This project started out as a irrigation system install and grew into a major landscape project in other areas around the house while they were here. They arrived on time every day and went right to work and did anything you ask of them. Always friendly and professional. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs the services that T-Scape, Inc. offers. I will have them back in the future for other projects.

They were very pleasant to talk to. They started and finished in the time they stated. The retaining wall came out beautiful. I would recomend them for those things. Unfortunatly we were not pleased with the way they graded yard. The loom they used was of poor quality made of mostly sand, and the seed was poor quality as well. Two days after they seeded it rained. All of the loom and seed slid down into my driveway and crushed stone. They were suppose to come back and follow up on how the grass was growing but never did. If they ever do come back they will see the only thing that survived is the massive amount of weeds. My lawn looks terrible

T-Scape was very responsive to our requests and completed the project in a very timely manner. T-Scape also offered very good suggestions which I would not have normally thought of - for example, Tom suggested to use black mulch which I questioned at first. In the end the black mulch turned out to be beautiful - a great choice.

Tom and his company did an excellent job on our landscaping. The price was right and they finished in two days. I would definitely hire them again in the future. We are planning on having more work done, and they will be the company we choose. I highly recommend them. Great job!

Good service, Good communication qualities. Professional Work

Tom was very responsive, and his prices were very reasonable. The spring clean up they did was amazing! Although I didn't have any problems, my partner had issues with the landscapers not mowing on the particular day he wanted the mowing done.

We were mislead on our quote. We were told a certain price for a Spring Cleanup and a bush removal. A portion of the yard was not completed, and when we called they said that was a separate quote. I guess a spring cleanup does not include the entire yard. We had specifically asked what it would cost just to do the side yard, as we were debating not doing whole yard. The new amount he told us for that piece of yard when we called back was double what he originally quoted.
