Responded immediately to my initial request. Worked with me around my crazy schedule. Knows what he's doing. Worked quickly. Went above & beyond, including repairs to the window in addition to the broken glass. He then checked all the windows in the house to make sure they were locked securely because most of them were non-functional or unstable in their tracks and I did not have the strength to lock them.

Terry is a true professional and does a great job. He is easy to work with and his pricing is fair. He replaced a section of our garden window that got damaged in a storm and you canâ t tell anything ever happened. The window looks like it did when first installed. I would recommend him to anyone and we will use him again if the need arises.
