Griffin was very professional and polite. Our "mold" under the bathroom sink turned out too be paint. Still perplexed by the green cracks in the caulking around the vanity though.

Ultimately there was no water damage to the wall so drywall need not be repaired. John was excellent. Explained everything. Gave me card for flooring. Was honest and caring. Very plessed

Called before coming to tell me when they were arriving. Did an excellent job in cleaning my loveseat!

Albert arrived at the appointed time and checked the areas to be cleaned. He discussed the cleaning of the area rug with me and did a fine job on it. Overall, I was very satisfied with the work and think it was very affordable and would hire them again.

This was my first experience having an area rug cleaned. I did not realize how much more expensive it would be compared to carpeting. I was very clear with the office person that I did not want any surprises on the cost of the service. She insisted the tech would give me a price after he inspected the rug. I was given a window of service from 9 am to 1 pm. The tech called me to inform me he would be late. During the phone call he asked me the size and composition of the rug. He then said it would cost $1 per square foot. He also informed me there was a $90 minimum charge, which was more than the cost to clean my 8x10 rug. I complained and he took 10% off. He arrived at my house at 2:20 pm. He was very polite. He took about 10 minutes to clean the rug. I was very unhappy with the office staff for not informing me of the minimum charge. Obviously the tech did not have to inspect my rug to quote me a price, since he did it over the phone.

The Technician was very nice and informative. He was a really good guide and worked fast.
