Washing machine pump replaced lid lock repaired on August 1, 2019 $274.98. Two weeks later, water pump not working, repaired for $100.00. One week later, water pump not working. I have attempted many contacts by phone and email to Terrance and he is not responding to me.

I paid $$350 for a part for the refrigerator he said was the source of the problem. He came out and installed the part. It did not fix what was wrong. I have not heard from him since. To his credit, he charged me for the part but not for the labor or visit to come install it, but I would really have liked to have had the appliance working. I think I spent $350 for a part I did not need.
