T & T Water Service

Above and beyond is all I can say about T & T-we had absolutely no water and I called one morning and within three hours Todd was out,asseted the situation and was out the next day with all the parts and equipment he needed to complete the job.Despite my requests,he refused to leave until we had water in the house,which,because of a few problems with the old pump,took until 10PM.His rates are reasonable,uses good quality materials and is a very personable,knowledgeable guy that I will use from now on.This is only the second review I have ever written,but I needed to express how satisfied we were with T &T Water Services.

While installing the well pump they noticed that my tank was leaking. They replaced it and this saved me problems in the future.

The actual work was top-notch. I selected this company because it was the only one located in my county, and I like to support local business. It was a rush job and the guy went out of his way to accommodate us. However, while making the initial visit for water testing, etc. he grumbled a bit to my son about pushing other customers to fit us in. Otherwise the work was wonderful and the new unit seems perfect. He even helped on a question that arose after installation and was very useful. Note: After hiring T & T for the work one of the other companies finally called me up and was just awful -- calling me names and informing me that not letting him in to give an estimate was costing him $20 for the wasted referral -- I put him on my NEVER do business with him list.

Todd, was great! Actually took the time to diagnose the problem on the phone even before coming out to the house. His diagnoses was correct and took him about 5 minutes to fix the problem. Definitely call on my next water pump issue!

Fast and efficient. Didn't tell me i needed things i didn't need. Fixed exactly what was broke and no mess.

T&T are true professionals. They tested our water and installed an entire water treatment system in my home in an hour and removed the old one for me for a great price. Our well water has never been so good. These guys do a great job!
