Steve was very quick to get back to me when I put out the call that I had a problem. We talked over the phone and discussed a few ideas of what might be going on. He zeroed in on the problem very quickly. He came to my house the next day and made quick work of my problem . Steve was very reasonable fare and did a great job. I am having him do some more work for me . Heâ s a no nonsense type of guy. I have never met Steve before this problem with my pump .

Steve , Contacted me right away and made an appointment for Monday. He contact me on Saturday said he had time to get my water back on. Had my water pump replaced and running in no time. highly recommended

Unfortunately I called someone else to solve the problem of my well not working for my sprinkler system. Steve was unable to come for 2-1/2 weeks. I had someone else replace the pump, but the sprinkler system was still not working. I was advised that I probably needed a new well point and was quoted a usurious price. I contacted Steve for the well point. He came to see the situation and advised me that the installation of the pump was not adequate: There was no longer a shut-off value, and the piping used was for gas and not water. (It would quickly deteriorate.) I was also advised the well point and the old pump could have been checked without replacing the pump although I admit I would have replaced the pump anyway. Steve s guy (Bill) did a new well point installation and re-installed the pump correctly. His rate was reasonable and I was very pleased with the workmanship and service. (I should add the first contractor did not even remove the old pump...which was left sitting in my basement.) Everything is working now and I would definitely recommend Steve for anyone seeking similar work.

Experienced, efficient on time - all good. Hope I do not have problems with the well in the future, but if I do, Steve will be my first call.
