"This house was a total rehab. Very little was function-able. I did not mention some of the obvious things because the home buyer was present and already new that these things existed. Just because I may not mention something during the inspection, does not mean I did not see it. He had not received the full report yet. Looking at it through the customers eyes I can see why he said this, but I assure you I am very thorough."
