I received a call from Lynn who explained exactly what needed to be done to replace the ice maker in our Samsung. Anthony showed up exactly as promised and finished the job within 40 minutes. No mess or fuss. I strongly recommend them

I would highly recommend TCV! They came out the same day I called. The repairman could of had us pay a lot of money to fix our no sound problem. He looked at it and said that a sound bar and it worked. Thanks

Misdiagnosed rear projection TV flashing code 4!! Was told G or power board was bad!!! Replaced board and still didn't fix TV!! Called and explained problem and asked for either a re-diagnose or refund service charge and was blown off!!! After having a real technician check it for 10 minutes was told D board was bad!! Replaced board for 125.00 and TV works perfectly!!! Just makes me wonder how many good TVs were thrown out for no good reason!!! Just remember to get a second opinion as this cost me more than it should of!!

Phone call answered. Human being was spoken with. Company did what it was hired to do. Technician arrived on time and was professional and polite. He answered questions. He demonstrated equipment and didn't leave until all tested positive. Can't possibly get better than that!
