Took our money and ran. Terrible wiring job. Left unfinished and does not return calls or emails. Lost thousands of dollars working with Tom. Do not hire him!

I am blind and was in need of smart home technology because of my disability. For the pass three months ALL of my cameras, garage door, and smart front door has bee inoperable. I also had him hang my flat-screen television. He left holes in my wall that he has yet to repair. I have called, called and texted him and he has not answered my calls or texts. I then had a relative call from a number not associated with mine, and he immediately answered the phone hoping for a new customer. I am now in the process of taking him to court to recover all of the almost $10,000 I paid to him. But as for now I have NO FUNCTIONAL security system, cameras, smart door locks, or alarm system; so as a blind person I am not feeling safe. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.

We bought a home with an existing security system that Tom had previously installed, and we needed assistance setting it up ourselves. Tom showed up and helped us with everything, despite us not needing new products/services. He was willing to go out of his way to make sure we were set up. That is top-notch customer service that goes a long way.

Solved all of my alarm problems and did a great job.

Tom Townsend the owner personally came out to meet with my Wife and I at our under construction home to show us some of the things Smart Homes could do. Tom is a Military Vet who exemplifies honesty and customer service. He gave us great prices and even added a bonus or two just because. We got whole house audio installed and 5 security cameras. If you’re looking for a professional service with friendly and knowledgeable employees to do your job I HIGHLY recommend Tom and his staff. They have gone above and beyond to get the job done.

What a great Job everything you could expect and more their nobody I ever seen is as good as this young man very Professional and I am going to hire for more projects when they come up.

When Tom came to provide the estimate, he answered all of my questions, including those for possible future work, without pushing additional work and purchases. The guy who came out was very professional and it was an overall good experience.

We had a very difficult TV and sound bar mount over a fireplace, into very thick stone. Chase did a wonderful job. He also mounted a TV for our home gym and it looks great!

Tom picked up my new television, delivered it to my house, and installed it promptly and for the price agreed. No surprises, good work for a fair price.

I spoke with Tom on the phone who booked me for the next day. He asked about additional services, which I was not interested in at the time. When the workers arrived, a salesman was with them with an offer to reduce the price of this service if I signed on for security. I wasn't ready, and he wasn't pushy, but did explain the benefits of their different products. The workers were quick, efficient, friendly and knowledgeable. I was very pleased with their work. I would highly recommend this company for any Smart Home projects as well as this TV hanging.
