Derrick Woods was our technician and he was extremely quick, friendly, and helpful. He made sure we had everything we needed to use our new TVâ s after they were properly mounted and powered on. He even helped hang a picture before he left! I would highly recommend this company.

I have used them before several years ago before they became TV Wizards. Was very happy when I saw who it was. This is an updated review 1/19/2021: In the process of doing the job, a connection came loose which caused my alarm system to not work. Not knowing the problem, I had the alarm company come out. They found the problem and it took less than 5 mins to find and repair but I was out of the service call fee. I contacted Derrick and he agreed to reimburse me. He was supposed to drop off a check but he did not. I tried to get in touch with him several times to make arrangements but he did not respond. He does a great job but I am disappointed in him and his customer service.

He is extremely professional, does outstanding work and he made my speaker system for my TV sound like I am in an actual theater, it is just beautiful to listen to now!
