installation has not happened yet but sales representative was very satisfactory with visit to my home and a very professional handling of measuring and compiling contract for work to be done. Mr. Norman Kline is a credit to his TWG concern. I look forward to the final stage of completion.

I've used them several times over the years. They are always polite, very patient (which is important, seeing as I can be awful indecisive), very educated regarding their craft, wonderful people, personable, and just a pleasure to work with.

The gentleman who owned the company was very nice, the worker who came out to do the work was also very nice. He came out and did the work in less than 30 min, he went above and beyond.
